When will Proctor be back at full strength for Carroll? I was told he was injured. I bet he was missed in this game.

I am not sure that he called that game ..but he usually does call many Gallatin Co. games. I know he did not call the girls all A game. Maybe he is great.. Just not my 1st choice anymore.

I really used to like it when he called games.. He was one of the best. I guess the debate issue would depend on which side of the call you are on.

Cornbread for sure... not Coldiron.. I used to think he was the best but he tends to have his favorite coaches and spends a lot of time debating the calls with them. Sandlin does well. My three would be Samdlin, Knollman and Cornbread.. How about changing the refs from region to region every year. I think when they have too close of a relationship with some of the Coaches is is perceived as favortism.

Carroll could not hit free throws tonight or they may have pulled this one out. Good game at South Oldham High School. Congrats Dragons.

It is not indicated on KHSAA. And I am not seeing any new postings on the cancellation thread. Does anyone know of any that are being played? We are bored and looking for a game to go to.

You are right! He is very good also. CC should have a good team this year.

I would love to see Green Co. win, but it is hard to compete with Lex Christian.

Zach Wise from Carroll Co. will be one to watch.

Most girls in small towns do not have access to AAU teams and most can not afford it. Playing up is the only alternative to continue playing. If a high school Coach in a small town wants to develop a team they have to bring the girls up and keep them practicing after their season. There is limited access to gyms and they need to be able to use the time most effectively.

Not been to Grant County yet.! Maybe that game will not get snowed out! If so I will try some popcorn.

I do not know about the rest of you..I am so used to being in a gym every night..I miss it...no hot dogs, no nachos for dinner! From the looks of the forecast I do not think we will be playing until maybe the weekend. :ohbrother:

Yes if they are good enough, then let them play. Many do not see much time on the court but they can at least continue practicing and working on their game with qualified coaches.

Let's just hope they all stay. Sometimes when you play MS kids you get disappointed on their choice of High School.

Carroll starters were pulled out 3rd quarter so the Coach could get their attention. They did not play their best but pulled out the win. Hopefully they will get back on track. I think they mught have a few tough practices in their future. Henry Co..really looked much better than the 1st time these 2 met and fought hard till the end. Good Luck to them in their upcoming games.

Trimble played hard and Carroll seemed lethargic, but they poured in on late in the game. Good game to watch.

I think you need to look at defense for these players also. I saw some not so good defense from a few of the players on the NCKC list. Since that is 1/2 of the game it must be considered on any rating. You may not be the high scorer but if you are keeping the top girls on each team from putting up any points in a game then your contribution is greater.
