  1. I can't speak of the relationships, but I know Coach Teegarden has put together a very good coaching staff.
  2. You have NO CLUE what you're talking about!
  3. It's probably a case by case basis, but for what Bryson has done at Ryle I would expect nothing less than to give him that opportunity.
  4. It's pretty classless to make this public when Bryson still hasn't gotten the chance to speak to the players.
  5. You're talking about the Morgan family. His son is playing at Hazard, or one of those schools down there.
  6. Cov should be happy that it was changed. IMO, the only chance they have of beating Ryle is throwing the football and that wasn't going to happen in 30-50 mph winds. I still think Ryle wins this game by at least 3 scores.
  7. I would say 4-5 in in Cincy and Cleveland. Probably another 4-5 between Columbus and Dayton.
  8. I heard that if the weather was going to be bad tonight, it would be rescheduled for tomorrow evening.
  9. I'm not really sure what point you are trying to make here. In 2011, Ryle went 7-3 after losing Elliot early in the season. If you ask me, that was a pretty remarkable coaching job that year. There wasn't a whole lot of talent on that team. Of course they're going to have a low winning percentage over the past 2 years. They've been young, inexperienced, and injured. For whatever reason, you don't like the coaching staff, whether it's because your kid wasn't good enough or you weren't good enough to play for them, who knows.
  10. Really? Every year? This is the second year Ryle has been down. No excuses need to be made. Look at the amount of injuries this team has dealt with and the amount of young players playing. There's not a coaching staff around that would win there this year.
  11. Is there a possibility this game could be rescheduled for Friday?
  12. Ryle's freshman have easily beaten everyone they have played. I have no clue what went into the decision not to play this game, but I would put money on it that "fear" has nothing to do with it.
  13. Why would you think it hasn't already been talked about? Unless you're on the CCH or Ryle staff how would you know?
  14. Last year the championship game had to be played because Beechwood and Ryle didn't play in the regular season. This year, that was not the case. Ryle won CONVINCINGLY just 2 weeks ago. Why should they play again?
  15. No forfeit required. Ryle beat them pretty easily the first time. IMO, there's nothing else to prove. Like I said last week, it's Ryle's choice. If Cov would've won, they probably would've chosen to do the same thing.
  16. I would think it would be Ryle's decision if this game is played. They won the last game and are in the driver's seat. If CovCath would've won, then it would be their call.
  17. Are you saying that Lex is putting negative things on social media or are you just speaking in general?
  18. What about Ryle's 2 fumbles on their 1st 2 opportunities? Could've also easily been 35-0 early.
  19. Great pic. Definitely a heck of a play.
  20. 30 posts and I would say 1/3 of them are this same thing...new material please.
  21. They do have seniors, several of which are out for the season and the D1 lineman missed 2-3 games with a knee injury. All were/are key players for Ryle and have been replaced by sophomores. People that know nothing about football are quick to judge a coaching staff when they have no clue what's going on and never knew what was going on when they were considered "part of the loop."
  22. Right, because consistently playing sophomores at key positions always leads to success in 6A football.
  23. Shahzaad is an excellent young man and a really good football player. With a couple of years to mature physically (16 year old senior, will graduate at 17) he could be a really good player at the next level. He's about 6'3", 210. With a couple of years in a college weight room, he could be an absolute terror with his speed.
  24. I'm not 100% sure what you saw. If Ryle wanted to run up the score, they could've scored 80+. The starters didn't play the 2nd half.
  25. Running clock by the end of the 1st quarter.
