I look for the Rams to suprise alot of people this year and pull some upsets. Boyles is a VERY talented soph. and should have a breakout season this year. However, Sparks is the focal point of this team. Even though he is 6"5 he can still put the ball on the floor and make some things happen, by no means is he strictly a post player. He has a very nice touch from the outside and I agree with RA09, this team will go as far as Sparks can take them.

Mercer County is going to the pizza box! No doubt!

Great Season RAMS! The Raceland players left everything on the field last night. You couldnt ask for a better group of seniors, you guys will always be remembered! It's been a great run!!! Congrats to NCC and good luck the rest of the way.

NO ONE has been able to score on the rams DEFENSE so far this season either. Their OFFENSE has been pretty good to! :thumb:

Any offense would look a little suspect against that D of LCA! LCA defense has tremendous speed and would give any offense fits in Class A. I look for RHS to put together a complete game this week. They are going to have to play their best football to beat NCC this week. It's going to be a battle at Ram Stadium. I just think the Rams have to much heart and to much team speed for NCC. Great win RAMS!!!! The defense played an amazing game!!! That is what makes this team so special, the fact that when one side of the ball is having trouble, the other side really steps it up. LCA also played terrific defense last night against the Rams offense. Raceland is a very good offensive team, and last night LCA really impressed me with their "D". J.T. Forrest, Caleb Caldwell, Clinton Thompson, Benji Mullins, Tyler Chambers, and Brad Rogers are just some of the guys that REALLY stepped it up last night!!! WAY TO GO ORANGE CRUSH!!!! BRING ON NCC!!!

This isnt a typical Raceland team. The past doesnt mean anything, the game will be played this friday at Ram Stadium. It doesnt matter how bad NKY has dominated Eastern KY in the past. This years Raceland team is so balanced. When the offense plays bad the defense really steps it up, when the defense plays bad, the offense really steps it up. I'll go with my Rams who are averaging over 40 points a game and giving up less then 13 a game!! Go RAMS! *IT'S HARD TO BEAT ELEVEN BROTHERS!!!!!

Raceland QB Scott Grizzle and LB J.T. Forrest are hands down two of the best players in Eastern Kentucky. Also Beach, Mullins, and Thompson are definite all-area selections.

Rams are more focues and determined then they have been all season. The Rams have been waiting for this rematch since week 5. Both teams have great speed on both sides of the ball, both teams have great balance of offense, and both teams have great coaching. It's going to be an OUTSTANDING game in lexington this week. Derrick Beach-Raceland 5 return td's this year. Definetly would have more but teams just stopped kicking him the ball.

Rams had defensive practice in the gym on wed. and had a walk through practice today on the game field. The Rams seem to be mentally and physically prepared for another battle with Paris. The game field was still wet and soggy. It's going to be a cold one tomorrow night but atleast it wont be as wet and rainy as last week. I look for the RHS offense to take advantage of the dry field and put up some more big numbers! Oh and by the way.....Im sure the ORANGE CRUSH will show up and play a little bit to!!!!!!

J.T. Forrest is the most talented and hardest hitting linebacker in the district! The kid is all over the field every friday night. He is a great linebacker but more importantly he is a great kid. J.T. is not only the best middle linebacker in the ditrict but possibly the best middle linebacker in Class A football! Ask anyone who has seen him play, he is the real deal!

The game starts at 8:00.

Brett actually has a torn MCL and a sprained ACL. I talked to him today and he said they are not sure if surgery will be required or if the injury can heal on its own. Brett will be out for the rest of the season.

The T-Cats havent been playing very well lately. After watching them against Boyd Co. I noticed some weak areas and Im sure Mason Co.'s coaching staff noticed them also. However, I think the cats will work hard in practice this week to fix some of those problems and come friday they will be ready to go. Throw in the fact that the game is at Putnam and I just dont see Ashland dropping this one. Tomcats-21 Royals-15
