Trey Belhasen from Johnson Central is now on the roster also. Good to see someone from JC making it to this game.

Glad to see some of JC's players never give up. I thought Belhasen, Richardson, and Dennis Dillon played great defensive games. Hope to see more from Chase and Dennis next season! As for the offense, Ratliff and the others did the best they could without their two starting ends in Dials and Welch. It was a great run JC. You have nothing to be ashamed of.

Yeap, thats him. He's also the one that didn't miss a tackle on defense! Dials will go to a D-1 school for defense, not offense, and I dont think he will have a problem with that.

Look at the two schedules and JC should be the favorite by far. Belfry has played absolutely no good teams with the exception of Corbin and maybe Pikeville. JC would beat both of them by 28+. To be honest i am still up in the air on what i think about Belfry. I have watched them three times on TV and am yet to be overly impressed. If JC plays to 90% of their potential i say JC by 21. By the way, for everyone who has said JC can't physically handle Belfry, JC won a very physical game against Wheelersburg who is the most punishing HS football team i've seen in a while.

Play Belfry's style?? hmm...i forgot JC didnt run the Belly Offense, have a similar blocking scheme, and didnt play smash-mouth football.

Johnson Central hasn't lost on the road since that game at Ashland in 2005.

As far as I'm concerned, Mercer hasnt proved anything. A 2A championship for a 5A school shouldnt make them a top 5 team.
