Great game tonight. Very impressed by Matt Thomas and the Ashland offensive line. We all knew that Matt was capable of performing like he did tonight. Mahan played well but he needs to cut down on the fumbles. This was a hard fought game both ways. Looks like Raceland and Johnson Central will battle for the #1 spot in the super seven.

Bath County is off to a great start. Im not sold on the competition they are playing right now. Should be interesting come district time.

What grade and how big is the Hayden kid?

As far is i know Raceland came out of this game injury free. Maybe a few cuts and bruises here and there but nothing that would keep anybody out next week for the Greenup game. Brian Tolliver was not in uniform tonight, the coaches decided to give his ankle another week off. He should be 100% for this weeks game. Just another playmaker to add to Raceland's offense and special teams. Also best of luck to East Carter QB Nate Carroll, hopefully the ankle injury is just a sprain and nothing to serious. P.S. - Any Ram fans going to attend the Ashland/Russell game tonight?

Raceland looked very impressive tonight. Looks like the weather didnt slow down the "air raid" offense after all. Beach, Mullins, and Mckenzie were the scoring leaders tonight for the rams. QB Scott Grizzle threw for 3 touchdowns. Also WR Tyler Boyles had a nice game with 3 catches. The Raceland defense just completely owned the field tonight. Nice game from Forrest, Thompson, Caldwell, and Chambers. Looks like the rams keep improving from week to week. Great win, enjoy it but get ready for a battle with Greenup County next week.

I see Frankfort winning this one. Im not sold on the competition Paris has been playing so far. The wins look good, but the competition looks rather weak. Paris is a good football team, but Frankfort has the edge in this one.

Raceland is a very good offensive team. Grizzle has several weapons to choose from, Mullins, Beach, Deskins, Boyles, Denton, and Mckenzie just to name a few. But what people might overlook is just how tough the Raceland defense is this year. The Raceland defense, led by linebacker J.T. Forrest, is based on speed and pursuit. The rams really get to the football. I think that could give East Carter's young offensive line fits this friday. Be ready for some sloppy field conditions, looks like the rain is coming... LCA 35 CAL 21 How is the QB for LCA looking so far?

As far as I know the rams are a very healthy football team right now. It will be nice to have Beach back from a one game suspension and Tolliver will also be back on the field after sitting out last week with a sprained ankle. Both Beach and Tolliver are big playmakers for the rams on special teams.

I agree. The ram players have alot of respect for East Carter and they know its going to be a battle friday night. Both teams will be ready to play. East Carter has beat the rams the past 3 years, so I don't think anyone is overlooking the raiders. Should be a great atmosphere for football, both teams better tighten up those chin straps this week.
