oldram

Our prayers go out to Rachel. She is such a fine girl and great athlete. The girls can come out of this and play with their hearts and play for her. One team One dream. There was an early comment about us winning maybe one game to soon. I dont put anything in that i kinda look at football we had to play paris twice same result we won. I have all the faith in the world in the coaching staff and these girls. Incognito totally agree but i think it just who we are that causes the problem i dont know seems like orange must not film well on paper. With that said i am just tickled orange for the girls.

I forgot Congrats to the boys that signed. I know this is the end of this thread coming soon and there may be more to sign latter so i will end this with just how proud we are of our area boys and it is my wish that each and everyone gets some playing time on a college field.

I appreciate you taking the time to do that. I just learned how to use one of this fangled computers and then when it crashed now they are saying i have lost the sound card or cd or something. Im old have the time I cant keep up with where I am. :jump: Thanks again.

Congradulations Kasey. You deserve all the best. You are one heck of a ball player and I am sure all your fans Russell, Raceland etc.. in the area will be keeping up with your progress and cheering for you all the way.

Does anyone have an update yet. Cant get in touch with a sole. I will check back in a few minutes. Is radio broadcasting? What station?

Well i dont get to go. I hate that but of course baseball didnt let out in time for me to get there. Hopefully someone can do updates because i dont have phone numbers that have service out there.

An absolutely fine young man and we wish him a speedy recovery. Russell coach showed great class and compassion by making that call and we wish Vanhoose all the best also. It is terrible for such talented young men to have these injuries. Best to both

Russell you played an outstanding game and again well coached. Congradulations on your win last night.

I am making a phone call to check about the Boyles injury. I have tried three cell phone numbers and cant get through however a phone call was made to channel 3 and channel 13 on investigating how un-professional radio personalities on sports are in this area. Hopefully they will learn how it feels to be under attack. These are kids on both sides and we care for all of them. How dare anyone make a statement that if for any child getting injured. Congradulations Russell. You all have an outstanding team. prayers for Vanhoose Raceland your fans are still right behind you and we are there in anyway we can for Boyles and his family.

i hope all the Rams had a good day at school. Just an observation but it does seem like if one is down the others our down. We need that step up guy that can help. I think i will get in that make Old Rambler happy and win by one shot

congradulations to our Lady Rams. A hard fought ballgame. We will be right back on the road for the next round. Keep focused and practice hard.

Raceland will need to play with heart. I"m sorry that its not something i have seen much from this year. It seems if one player is having a bad game no one is there to step up. The team seems to fall apart. I want to go with the Rams and just like football maybe if I am negative like OldRambler said they will prove us all wrong. I dont mind a bit eating crow for that kind of reason.

I am going to go with the Rams. I believe in what Incognito said no game is an easy game and they should come ready to play. Rams should have a good crowd. Got word that they will be bringing in a couple of buses. Cheerleaders will be there cheering them on. Go lady Rams

Our prayers are with the Damron family. If anyone can give a short run down of the interview on Morehead radio i would appreciate to hear what he said. My sound on my computer is not working. thank you

Congradulations Jake Bowman.

i will have to be home keeping an update on both games. If anyone hears the boys game scores post them or pm me if you dont care.

After speaking with about 5 boys that have signed, all are in agreement that the way they where recruited showed a coach and his staff that was concerned about their future. They didnt want to see boys slipping through the cracks and not getting an outstanding Christian education. While playing football they will be receiving fellowship and guidance. All said it was a family atmosphere. We will be proud to buy tickets and watch our area boys come together and play football for this area. I personally feel like they are in great hands.

You would hate for the game to be totally lopsided so it is great to hear from the prospective players of both East and West. I love a good hard fought close game. It just gets you all excited about the up and coming season for football in both the high school and college levels. Congradulations to all the boys that will receive letters to play.

Congradulations on a great win. Let's see if all the Lady Ram fans can take some time and get to a ballgame. I would love to see the fan sections filled. We need to support our Rams. Great Team and Great Bunch of Girls. We are proud. Keep to the grindstone and you will reap the benefits.

I agree. I look for more Raceland and Russell players to be on there but you named some of the best. Ashland always contributes big also.

Congrads to Josh WIlls on (possible) signing with Georgetown. I really like their colors. ahah:jump: Good ole orange and black. The guys from Raceland will miss those colors they will be in red and black. Kinda ironic wouldnt you say?

He is more than welcome to add a thread or add a post on players from dixie signing. Like i said we are here to brag on them all.

Looks like the sandman put it on al the signing threads. Maybe he couldnt sleep the other night. Anyway my comment was that we are all excited for these boys in our area and we are trying to let them know that and if sandman wants to start a thread on high school players for next year than there is plenty of room. The college thread has basketball on it only and these boys are not yet at college so we are following their high school year to the end which would be the signing.

I looked at the college forum and it is all basketball at this time. These are the parents, family, friends, coaches etc.. that have watch these boys all season we are extremely proud of each and everyone one of them that will be moving to the next level. I think there is room for this thread on here. If you would like to start of thread of nothing but high school players for next year that is fine. Right now this is big news and i think we all want to hear about it.

Thank you it seems like you answered any questions I may have had about earning their time. I have been out of it for awhile due to health reasons so it was just word of mouth I was talking about. I spent many years at the ballfield and behind the plate and was hoping politics hadnt taken instead of good old fashion baseball. There is just nothing like it in the world.
