Raceland 63 Russell 62 Biggest upset of 16th region boys or girls?

Most people would consider it an upset except for the Raceland Lady Rams Team and Coaches. I guess someone forgot to tell them that Russell was supposed to win. Actually I believe that Raceland was considered one of the region favorites at the start of the year along with Russell, Rose Hill and Rowan Co..

 

Hopefully someone can post some details and stats on this one.

Wow, this sets up a possible Russell vs. Rowan or Rose Hill first round region game. That would be nice for the rest of the region!

1. A class A 16th Region Championship = chk.

2. A 63rd District Championship = chk.

3. A 16th Region overall Championship
