I hate to hear this about Davis, he is a great running back and a 3 year starter. His injury was alot like Elliott's, not alot of contact when it happened. I would suggest to the Colerain faithful that it is time to invest in some new turf, not saying that is what caused the injuries but their field was one of the worst turf fields I have been on. It is the older turf and had several waves and dips in it and not near as stable as some of the newer fields out there. Once again I wish Chris a speedy recovery and my thoughts and prayers are with him and the Colerain family.

If it was from a friend then it is second nature and therefore hearsay unless he said it to the Guru and the guru is leaking it out now. I was at the WKY camp and did not hear any confortation between Travis and this kid everyone keeps talking about, so it is probably 2nd hand as well. Either way Coach Bolden is a great coach and so are the guys on his staff, but Ryle has a great staff and it will be great to play a strong nationally ranked team like Colerain. We have teams who are in this state that run from playing highlands, and other traditionally good teams. Glad coach Warner is instilling a since of pride and backbone in the kids in Union.
