Cooper is really good, it is weird that they have not beat a team with a winning record yet. Their next chance to do that will be vs Ryle, who have not beat a team with a winning record yet, either.

Make them throw. Powell at RB is very good, but not a make you miss type. Really no player on offense is really a playmaker. SK is big and fast if going in straight lines.

OK gotcha. He can tell based on the signal the ref on the other side gives. If the ref holds his arm straight out to his side towards the offense, that is the signal that the widest man is off the line of scrimmage.

You mean the game were you could not run the ball? England had more carries than yards. Outside of McGegors 50 Yard run, the rushing game did not exist. The best plays running the ball were scrambles by the Qb.

If Morgan is not there, everyone loads up on the run and stuffs it. While the last few years, all the way back to Hempel, and including last year, they were not a passing team at all. Just because you are in the shotgun with two or more wide receivers, that doesn't make you a passing team. Last year Ryle supporters were on here talking about how things would be different if they had a good Qb, they would be more balanced offensively. Now they have a very good one and the offense is clicking because of the passing game. The RB would struggle big time this year if not for the Qb play because upfront they are not that good. Last years OL was much better, IMO, than this years. Difference is this year defenses have to play honest and some are much more worried about Ryle's passing game than running game. Before anyone says if not for the OL he wouldn't have time to throw, well on the quick passing game, if the OL gets in the DL was that is all the time you need. If they stood there and got ran over that is enough to slow them down on the quick passing game. That is why the Qb only takes one step back to make his read and throw on the quick stuff.

Well if you want to start playing the what if X's and O's game, ok. If you cannot control his play side shoulder, then you better not come off to the LB, because if you do he is basically free to make the tackle. Oh and no they don't win if two are blocking him!!

Funny when you here people talking about a DL getting double teamed all year! When many don't realize that essentially they all are double teamed all year!

Station and SK are a lot better upfront than LC.

They probably used Rader and Kamp at Qb, if I had to guess. Webster, RB/Slot is really talented for Conner.

Please, what did the old staff suddenly stop doing? And the only real change is the HC because the majority of the staff is the same. This year Morgan is the biggest difference. Last year if they would have played using the typical Ryle offense they would have been better. This year they are more suited to the current coach's style.

I still remember that 1994 opening game against CCH were Lynn Ray was trying to send the message that they were not scared of him. First play of the game, they kick it off to him and he just exploded for about a 95 yd TD to start the game.
