  1. Congrats ADS on a big win...keep it going!!!

  3. Once again this Mayfield team has the talent to make a very deep run in the playoffs...if...and this is a big "IF" they can focus on the field and keep their mind on the task at hand. If they can do that then they will be a hard team to put out of the playoffs...if they don't...well then they will put themselves out of the playoffs and won't need a whole lot of help from the other team. That has been Mayfield's problem this year...in the losses outside of Ft. Campbell...Mayfield has been their own worst enemy and shot themselves in the foot numerous times. Take nothing away from their opponents as they took advantage of Mayfield's mistakes...but we have been our own worst enemy this year. I would love to be able to say that we can correct those things in the playoffs...but only time will tell if we have. Either way should be an interesting time in the playoffs...just hopefully it will be of the good kind of interesting.
  4. Good luck to Crittenden County and hopefully we can meet up in a few weeks if both teams take care of business
  5. NCC wins this one...but I had to vote in the poll for Owen County as I am related to Coach Fowler of Owen County. His kids will play hard, but going up against NCC is going to be rough in his first year as head coach and 1st ever playoff game. Hope the score isn't too bad and no one gets hurt on either side Friday night. On a side note...does anyone know if NCC's radio station broadcasts the games over the internet.
  6. Coach Cooper has done a remarkable job at Ballard in his first year, and what a feather in his cap if he can guide the Bombers to a 1st round playoff win. It will be a very long bus ride...but hopefully the Bombers can pull out the win. Bombers 20-14
  7. This all depends on which Mayfield team shows up...if it is the one where we are disciplined and are wanting to play...then we should have an easy time. If it is the team that has other things on their mind besides football...then we could be in trouble no matter who we play. Hopefully we grew up some after having our butts handed to us last Friday night. I'll say we did...a little...Mayfield 42-7
  8. Holy Cross 35-7 Anyone know if Holy Cross's field is at the school or another location. Thanks
  9. While Fulton City has two good athletes in Aaron Wilson at QB and Jacquiese Lockett at RB I can't see the Bulldogs making the four hour trip and come out with a win. I see Holy Cross making it to the 2nd Round. On a side note...anyone got an address on where Holy Cross's field is...is it at the school or a different location...thanks!!!
  10. That Mayfield score is actually Caldwell 35 Mayfield 7 :-)
  11. FS must have a heck of a team. We know FC does
  12. Caldwell 28 Mayfield 7 less than 6 left in 3rd
  13. Mayfield holds! Uhhh, but then they fumble on their first play. Caldwell ball on Mayfield 21 yd line. I'm not kidding folks.
  14. Caldwell 14 Mayfield 0 early 2nd and Mayfield fumbles KO and Caldwell recovers What a game. 3 turnovers on Mayfield
  15. Mayfield plays Bethlehem next week possibly Holy Cross the next so I'd like to see a couple of scores. Thanks
  16. Two plays later it's TD Caldwell 7-0 1st
  17. Mayfield forces a punt and then throws an interception on the first play. Caldwell's ball at Mayfield 20
