I don't understand how a grown person can put a bunch of kids down. BBall jumps at every chance to say something about them. Believe me don't think that any of my post include you.[ except this one ] These happen to be kids that I care about. If you have something against the adults don't hang it on the kids. Most of the people with chips on their shoulder are just ignorant and have no clue what they are talking about. What is it that irritates you. You think we don't have a right to play ball? Some schools think that they would have our players if it wasn't for JBS, not true. This team will be here for the next few years[does that irritate you?] So get over it.

. I was talking about the teams that have to play David, like Shelby Valley and the other teams in the 15th. You never crossed my mind. I think it was my post and I can translate it any way I want. Believe me LEE was not included in my "everyone." I was referring to the teams that are put in a situation where they feel they should or have to play weaker teams. Hard to beat OBI at OBI. Owsley has their work cut out for them. Hope you enjoy the atmosphere. I watched them play summer ball and they weren't all that good but that was not on their home court. :scared:

District and Region will be held at Knott Co. Central. I have heard they draw today, but I am not sure of that.

They played David once and I am not sure about piarist . They will only play Riverside once. No they were not fun games. David has some kids with problems, and you really feel bad. I personally think we should schedule the best teams around and travel more , because we have the talent . There are other good teams that have to schedule these teams. No body wants to beat a team to death. Some 15th region teams were really put down for beating them so bad, but they don't seem to mind and they come to play.

JBS is only playing Riverside once, and at their house which is one of the worse gyms any where. Do you really think they want to?

JBS has 69 high school students. Half of these are girls. We have played Riverside for years. So this year we are supposed to say" Riverside, we are just too good to play you." I don't think so. I wish we could have played Lee and Leslie, maybe we will still have the chance. We have lost our big man for this year, but he will be back for next year. They will adjust and play their hearts out to win against any team. So if you think we are a threat, you will just hit us with "the old weak schedule attack." I agree the game last night was a waste of our time and a chance to get a player hurt, but so was the LCC game. We lost our big man in a small slick floor gym. And I didn't mean LEE when I said everyone. Who do you think you are. Everyone? I didn't even think of you.

I think they will pick up their schedule big time next year. They have played and beat some better teams this year. Everyone plays these kind of teams but it seems they are always questioned about them. Everyone played David and was run down for beating them so bad. JBS beat pikeville 40, and Henry Clay only beat JBS 18. I think it will be better next year. It is a waste of time and a chance on getting a player hurt in these little gyms .

Stepp had 16 against LCC, so obviously some one stepped up. You maybe over looking the man that has rebounds in double figures in almost every game they play.Scores in double figures in every game they play. Plays great defense and can get the ball to Stepp or who ever when he needs to. Didn't miss a free throw. And always has more assists .Collins will be greatly missed but he will be back next year as good as ever.

Cox had 22 hard earned points last night, Stepp had 16 and made some great plays. When you are all over him, you are leaving someone else open. Thank you all for your prayers and concern.

They did surgery on Collins the morning and he will be back in about 2 months. He won't be able to play the rest of the season, but he will be back 100%. Nothing was involved but a fracture. :thumb: He is in no pain and only worried because he can't play for a while.

Collins was moved to Lexington. He will have to have surgery. He will be out for the rest of this year but will probably be ready to go in a few months. Stepp and Cox played a great game tonight. Don't count them out just yet.

I was in the Red Bird's gym a few years back. They had some pews in there for the fans to sit on.

Hard to get there, hard to park. Hard to play at Cordia, harder to win. The score keeper didn't start the clock towards the end of the game, giving Cordia a chance to score. When he was reminded He said he was talking to some one up behind him and just forgot. :lol: This is true :lol:

Cordia Not enough parking. They can possibly handle 20 vehickles in the lot in front of the gym, other than that it is beside a narrow road in the ditch or walk up a steep graveled road from their new school. Great new school. Should have a new gym to go with it.

It was a good fast game from start to finish. Some very good plays made by JBS. JBS guards took it right in to them and scorded. Cordia played well inside as well as out. Cordia can upset any team in the district. They are fast and strong. Depends on how well they can play away from home.
