Why, did Boyd Co. get beat?

South should be on top. They won it all last year. You have a right to your opinion, but where does the need to put other teams down come from? :confused:

It seems if you hit a nerve, someone comes back at you with your spelling or your grammar, and I have read some post that you just had to figure out what they meant. Just because some of the teams that were always on top are not this year doesn't mean that all the mountain teams are weak.

Another grammar lesson? You learn to spell and I'll check all my post for correct grammar.

I think Leslie should be there for sure, I don't understand their thinking on that but JBS didn't just get there from one game. They have only been beat twice and one of those was Henry Clay. We had an injured player when Cumberland beat us by 2. Not excuses, just fact.

I believe , if I'm not mistaken, and I'm not, SL has been beat this year. Must have been a shocker for your ego.

I agree, they might just get their minds changed.

JBS didn't press, they let them play, and that is the best they could do. David hit some threes . One of their players grabbed one of JBS players who is 6'3" about 280lbs. and threw him to the floor. :lol: He just got up laughing. Believe me they are not humble or meek, nor should they be. They came to play, and they gave it all they had. JBS played all their players as far as I remember. It is just the fact that you could get a player hurt for no good reason.

you are wrong if you do and wrong if you don't. What can be said. It's not good for either side. I think they should just put in the boys that don't get to play much and let David play the best they can with them. I can't see beating a team to death. It really is a waste of time for the varsity and a chance of getting a good player hurt.

Somebody ask if we had any seniors who contributed anything to the team, we have one, sometimes he starts, sometimes he don't. Sometimes a sophmore starts. Sorry you can't keep up.

You must remember JBS starters are an 8th grader, a 6'8" freshman[and growing] 3 sophmores and one senior. The 8th grader,freshman and sophmore combined for 50 of the 58 points JBS had. We played on Perry Centrals floor which some one in another thread said 'it's almost impossibe to win there. " Perry Co. is #1 in the region, so how can you knock a 4 point win over PCC. I think JBS can get just a little excited.

I can understand that, I wasn't there but it shouldn't have happened.

So that made everyone hate the Stepps? I don't know if all coaches would react that way or not. Anyway JBS has some assistent coaches that should be a plus.

What did they do? It wasn't JBS fans that were removed from the gym by the state police last year.

bleed blue says at the end of each post:" if private schools are still in the tournament by then." We have some 8th graders that still have a choice of where they want to go to school. He thinks that might get them to go to KCC.

You won't schedule JBS now, so what makes you think they will play when they are Jrs. and Srs. Do you plan to schedule them then, if you are still there.

You seem to be threatening with the private school thing.
