Very shocking score to me also...I just saw the score on the khsaa website so I don't know any details.

What happened here?? I thought LCC was supposed to be a power house this year? Fill me in.

I guess things happen.....

In a year of surprises in the 14th Region, this may be the biggest I've heard of in a long time. I didn't think Jenkins could play within 20 of Letcher Central.

I can't believe this score!!!!

WOW

I am somewhat surprised by this score but not completely. Not saying that I would have predicted this but I knew Jenkins was a scrappy little team. They traveled to Jackson last week to take on the Tigers and jumped out to an 11-0 lead. Jackson quickly took back control of the game but I could tell that Jenkins could be a dangerous team against other 14th region competition. Not to take anything away from Breathitt, Jenkins, or to down LCC, but when I saw the Breathitt/LCC game, I could tell that LCC was not as strong as many thought. Breathitt had the game won and lost it with 4 seconds left. Again, not taking away anything from Breathitt or Jenkins and not trying to talk bad about LCC, I'm just trying to explain why I was not as surprised as some are. #1 for Jenkins can light it up. I'm sure he had 25 or 30 in this game in order for Jenkins to go in and get the win. Also I'm sure Jenkins was fired up playing their new rival for the first time. I could tell at the Jackson v/s Jenkins game that Jenkins would be able to compete with many teams in the 14th. I even posted after that game that "Jenkins was not as down as some may think".

Good win for Jenkins. This plainly shows how wide open the region really is. There is no one dominant team this season. Anyone can win it.

I don't make it to one game and this happens.

We've got to get over this one, the district tourney is just around the corner. I rank this upset higher than the JBS over Perry upset.

WOW!!

I Second that emotion.....WOW! How weak is the 14th...............Dang!
