  1. The most compelling game of the weekend for me. After all, the last time they met in the playoffs, the powers-that-be felt compelled to change the OT rules afterwards.
  2. Buffalo often finds a way to keep lesser teams in the game. The mismanagement at the end of the first half being a shining example.
  3. Are you predicting another “great crossing”?
  4. For those who wish for continued regular-season success and post-season ineptitude from the ‘boys, here you go.
  5. What I kept hearing on Monday morning was that the Boys played six DBs on 48 of Green Bay's 54 offensive plays; in essence, using miniature linebackers. No wonder GB was able to run the ball so successfully. It was even theorized that Dan Quinn has so much cachet with Jerry that McCarthy doesn't have the authority to override a terrible defensive game plan. Take that for what it's worth - we all know that the guys on these sports shows often say stuff to generate internet hits.
  6. Too many things to count. They were apparent even when they were winning, but never got addressed at any point.
  7. After Clark, the drop is precipitous.
  8. A different discussion, but I think Harbaugh is Charger-bound.
  9. Happy for Detroit. Or as some call it, The Gulag of the NFL.
  10. That’s the popular choice. But would he give up “team management”?
  11. I used to pooh-pooh soccer. But I started watching the EPL a few years ago and got hooked. I watch a lot of games on Peacock. And let’s face it. Where else can you hear commentary like “what a delicious ball”.
  12. I don't think I'm saying anything new or profound here. But defense is the last thing that 4 and 5-star AAU guys finally "get".
  13. However, our video isn't nearly as clear as the TNF games on Amazon Prime.
  14. Since I've had Peacock for quite some time, it doesn't feel (to me) that I'm "paying extra" for an NFL game.
  15. I really thought it would be Dabo.
  16. Bills come all the way back from the brink of extinction to grab the AFC 2-seed.
  17. The scrubs on the field tried. The team/organization couldn’t have cared less.
  18. I couldn’t watch one team trying to win and one team not. It makes for the worst kind of football. Watched Lions-Vikings instead. I am glad the Stripes ended up above .500 and didn’t go 0-for the division.
