Week 6 kicks off with the 4-1 Eagles at the 1-4 Giants on Prime.  Both teams are coming off losses. 

49ers-Bucs and Lions-Chiefs hold the most appeal for me.

They both should be good games.  Honestly, I will watch any NFL game as long as it is competitive and all Bengals games no matter the nature of the game.
