Good article. Watching the games on the sidelines with other former players I think we all use to get a chance to say hey, and bye to him at every home game after we graduated. There's no doubt he would be so proud of EVERYONE at Ryle this year, and def. the athletic programs after Softball won state, Baseball went to region, Soccer to state championship, and Football in the state championship!

There are about 5 or 6 schools in the whole state who I could understand wouldn't need this mentality before a State Championship game. This is Ryle's first trip, and they have a chance to do something special, and it's perfectly normal for a team to believe in themselves before there first state championship game....

Actually it was 99 when you guys went down and beat St. X who went on to beat Bryan Station and came back up and only needed 1 more win for Lynn to set some sort of record or something. You didn't get it against us because we beat you all. In fact I think you guys only won a few games that year. Then I played my senior year 03 and we beat Cov Cath at Beechwood in a really muddy game.

Ask yourself?? Go back you predicted Ryle to win in every single game since the playoffs started so obviously you would know the answer to this yourself right? I don't need to go back and find it but I can if you want me to.... You've been saying you expected us to be there against you all for weeks now.

What else do you want? Video from a combine? 4.6 isn't that special in high school and Vince has that speed, I promise. No one that's seen him play on here is objecting it...

No way. Ryle didn't have there QB, a three year starter at O-line, or Vince touching the ball much then. Ryle would blast NCC.

No way there's probably 400 freshman.

Where is Schmitz around 400-500 yards rushing behind Murray and Gray with plenty of TD's, and the leading tackler on defense. Dustin Huth? He's a big part of the blocking on the O-line at TE, and has been used alot more in the passing game in the playoffs and is coming up big. He also plays defense, and is one of the hardest hitters on the D coming off the end. He is tall 6'3 and he is athletic at around 220. Ryle has a O-lineman in Tymenski (sp?) he isn't a tall lineman but he dominates his opponents everytime, and he is BIG. I'm sure Trinity knows about him after watching tape. IMO Gray is all you can ask for in a High School defensive back. If he plays football in college it's going to be at DB I'm sure. He has quick hips, and feet, good hands, and just has a knack for making a play on the ball anytime it's thrown his way. He is one of the best tacklers the team has too, and at DB that's real key. Just had to throw that in to your observations I've seen them play 9 times this year.

Great point I for some reason was thinking Gray was the only one to play against Trinity as a frehman, but it was his sophmore year and a lot of these seniors saw action that game.

I thought every team I saw this year was small but maybe it was just me, but what really suprised me was how many players they had. When they came out at first I thought it was just the skill players!
