The only thing that could be considered bad is the fact that he dislikes JBS. Now,is that wrong? Don't think so.

Wow. I think his complaint registers with the admin there. Now, do me a favor, look up bball kings posts and you will find several that praise the KIDS of JBS. But, see, a school isn't only students. It also has things called adults that have these things called jobs and, well, see they can do things wrong, which is where BBall Kings complaint registers. I know him and he is a good guy who really cares about all the kids that play basketball, all kids for that matter. Its coaches and such who leave a bad taste in peoples mouth with their arrogance and "Do you know who I am?" attitude. :fire:

I think he was just saying that he though Buckhorn would play better.

As Ronnie said, PCC has the win there so until that changes, Hazard can't say they are #1. Hazard has lost several games this year, some to good teams, and some to bad ones (South Floyd, Wolfe, a mediocre Iriquois team) althought they avenged their loss to South Floyd, they still lost and they also dropped one to Jackson City who is a good team. Hazard is very overrated because of the "hype" they get despite being 11-9. They are good, don't get me wrong, but they have not proven yet that they are the team to beat as PCC has with their 18-4 record with the only ? loss to a Belfry team they should have beaten. JBS is good and beat them at home so I don't think that takes anyhting away from PCC.

Buckhorn can play. I really like the team they put on the floor. The game at the All A must have been a heart breaker because they fought back and was right in the game and in the 4th, Lee just exploded. Buckhorn has talent and should not be taken lightly. Hazard gets a good win here.

Jackson City is a team that could beat the tar out of Owsley, or they may play sloppy ball and lose to a easy team to beat. It all depends on Jackson City. If the Owls play their best and so does JC, then the Tigers win. It will take a bad game from Jackson to lose this game.

If you took a look around the forum, most people have a "chip" on their shoulder about JBS. They just seem to irritate people and, trust me, bball king has a good reason for his feelings about that team.

Congleton always appears to give 110% and many times is overlooked because of whatever else drama is going on in Owsley County. Good nominee. Hey Ronnie, what about Christopher from Estill; he definately is a threat. If I'm not mistaken he is young too?

I am sorry you are offended but everyone usually includes ,well everyone. I just think we are somebody part of everyone. :fire:

Well amongst Owsley fans he may be overrated :sssh: but perhaps those of us outside Owsley may underrate him. Fugate definately is underrated.

I think neither Dixon or Berryman get the "press" here and out elsewhere that they deserve. Maybe you're correct, Professor, in that they haven't had the opportunity to be properly showcased, but they still deserve more attention than some give them. Both are class acts on and off the court and great players. Perhaps the lack of attention paid to them will help the Engineers come tournament time.

OBI can be really good. I think they will win, but I could be wrong. As for Neeley, I'd be afraid to mention his name after the last thread on that matter. :eek:

OBI is an up and down team. Not consistant. Owsley is kind of the same. OBI almost upset Buckhorn @ home a couple of weeks ago. Who will win this one? Giving news of more turmoil coming out of Booneville, I will go with OBI by 6, but I hope Owsley wins it.

Can Breathitt beat Lee in Beattyville on Senior night? What do you think? I think Lee wins fairly easily. 78-56

Ejection and a 1 game suspension is the penalty, although stricter penalties can be assessed to players from their home admin.

Overrated: Hazard Underrated: Estill, Jackson City

Several players came in off the bench for Lee Co. At least three that I can think of off the top of my head. Nonetheless I hope Johnson is alright.
