Most underrated players in the 14th region?

Zack Gay or Josh Riley, both from Buckhorn. Both had very good All A tournaments. Zack played good all the way through and Josh Riley played good except for in the finals. They both really impressed me because they are leading Buckhorn up the regional ladder, which its been several years since they've even seen a top ten in the region. And how long has it been since Perry, Hazard or Leslie hasnt looked foward to drawing Buckhorn in the opening round of distric.

I dont think Clinton Dixon or Cody Berryman from Estill get the recognition that they deserve. I guess since they're the new kids in town!!

I agree with Fetters. That kid does so much! I'm not sure Smith is underrated. He may be though. Also Jordan Fugate is underrated.

I don't think Dixon and Berryman are necessarily underrated as much as they just aren't seen enough by the teams "up the road". Once Estill gets the opportunity to schedule more teams from Perry, Letcher, Knott, and Leslie, then their star players will get noticed. And I agree, these two are the real deal. They also have some good support from people like Christopher and Reece.

Estill is a very dangerous team at tournament time. They play Powell in the 1st round of the district at Lee County. Powell gave them all they wanted in Irvine the last time they played. The Pirates lost in OT. But I don't believe the Pirates will have enough firepower or experience to get past Estill in the district. So Estill should make it to the region and then everyone will get a chance to see these kids play :thumb:

Well amongst Owsley fans he may be overrated :sssh: but perhaps those of us outside Owsley may underrate him.

Well, I know they definitely got my attention this year when they won their two games over us by an average of 31 points :eek: Dixon is difficult for most teams to match up with, inside and out. And Berryman is one of the best shooters in the region.

I don't underrate dixon and berryman, because i believe (and have for a while) that thay are the best two players on one team that i have seen this year. if anybody "up the road" is underrating them, then they are in for a big suprise when regional tournament time comes around.

:thumb: I'd love to see them play PCC because I think that they match up well with them.

I also wanna say that Landen Johnson and that Trey Congleton are underrated. I can not help but LOVE the way Trey Congelton plays. He is a good kid too.
