I don't think most on here think its a huge factor,they just want the many Mason fans to acknowledge that it is an advantage even if only a small one at times.Most are not like you and will admit there is such a thing as homecourt advantage.The best team on that day wins but several things make them the best team and one of the things is playing on you're home court,although that does not always produce the winner,as we witnessed yesterday.Clark was the best yesterday and if the game was on another floor the margin of victory could have been more or less,who knows?If Mason fans would admit there is such a thing then this topic would be over and done with.:thumb:

Completely agree,but you will never convince Mason fans that it is.Good thing the game yesterday was on Mason's floor or it wouldn't have been such a good game.

Why feel so bad for them?It's not like they haven't been to rupp in their careers.They have had multiple trips when many like GRC have had none in their 4 years.:cry:

I think Simms got out coached last night.HC had multiple guys hanging onto Kane and used that to their advantage.It was a close game until the Franklin kid scored about 4 straight times one on one under the basket.Sims let the lead get to about 8 or ten before calling time out.As hard as it is for PC to score point,I don't think you let the lead get that big that quick.Give credit to coach Kendall he spread the offense and went with the match ups PC gave them.

Does anyone know if Mudd will be playing tonight for PC or is he still hurt?

The bolded has a couple of type o's.After the first game some BB posters said that BB held Miller down.I saw the game and he didn't shoot very much because other players were scoring.Towards the end of the game he took the BB defender down the lane and dunked in his face.This game he goes for 29.I didn't see the game this time but I know he shot a lot more from his point total.He can score when he needs too most of the time,Mason just usually has some other players scoring also so he doesn't do it all nor does he want too.

There is a lot more you are leaving out but the most important is the one that scores the most points.

No argument here I have finally saw the light.Now what makes them the best team that night is a little different story.:thumb:

Miller not scoring much does not mean he has a off game.He does not force a lot of shots just to score points.The last game he didn't score too many against Brossart and some comments were made he was held to so many points.He really wasn't because others were scoring like you mentioned.He did decide to score toward the end of the game a dunked if the BB players face as he took him down the lane.Mason has a lot of weapons and they usually use them all if they can.:thumb:

It will be a long ride home for Mason Co,but I think they will go home with the victory no problem.Of course I thought that about the PC BB game as well.Go Wildcats!!!

If it hadn't been a bad start the game before that when they played it would have been closer.If their defense had shut down Miller like some of you claimed the last time it would have been closer.BB is a good team if they are allowed control the game.When they can't they will be beaten like last night by a better and more athletic team.

It should be a good game.Both games have gone down to the end when they played during the season.Each team won one game.Sounds like they may win or lose just like a lot of other teams will.

I like the Robertson Co. Rockets.

Usually the finals is the only problem and then not every time.Thats one session and difference in capacity is not 3000 people.:thumb:

I guess I am.Playing you're best on that particular day would never be affected by playing on the court where you practice day after day and spend many long hours shooting shot after shot.I would think that would help me play my best rather than riding a bus for 2 hours and playing in front of a bunch of fans that want to see me lose the game.I am learning about this though press.There is no homecourt advantage the best team won that day because they were the best that day.I do believe playing at home would help the team to play better no matter if they win or lose.

Thats what I'm trying to tell Gold.No homecourt advantage.The millions of people all across the country are all wrong about this.You should write a book about this subject {the myth of homecourt advantage}.You could make millions.:argue:

That could explain what happened to Brossart the night they played Mason.They looked like they had been spiked all night.

As pressrow and other Mason fans will swear to,there is no such thing as home court advantage and you should know this gold.
