I think your Cardinals come to Falmouth Tuesday, gold sunrise. It should be a good game and a great atmosphere in the Woodshed, hopefully Knowles gets some payback for beating us out in the region last year.

Yes we travel to your place. Will be a great game and atomsphere. My son told me back before christmas...watch out for PC they are going to suprise some people.

Neither teamed played exceptionally well. Don't know the stats but PC made a ton of free throws and HHS missed quite a few.

Wish we could bet money you would loose. PC had 8 fouls against team in 3rd quarter and the birds had 3. Then at the end when the birds were losing they started fouling alot.

 

Sims had a technical called on him in the 1 st half. Lot more fouls were called on PC then on the birds. Birds got by with a lot of fouls, and walks.

I didn't see the game but I'll bet the vast majority of supposed walks were legal. Most fans don't know what constitutes a walk and what does not. You may but the odds are in my favor.

Actually PC had more called on them til the end of the game when Highlands had to foul to try and catch up. Highlands pretty well beat on Kane Belcher all night. He hung tough and had a pretty good night at the line. Willie's got alot of work to do.

I don't think anyone can say that Highlands beat on anyone all night long. The referees allowed Belcher to do almost anything he wanted all night long. He was allowed to hook in the post to get to the basket, he was hammering players as they drove to the basket, (I think only had one foul called on him), and allowed to walk with the ball numerous times without it being called. The one travel was crucial with the game still up in the air and he hopped about 3 times right in front of the referee and it was not called. The next HHS possession the same referee called a travel on HHS that was very questionable. Belecher did shoot well from the free throw line, however he was put on the line quite frequently. Were they legit fouls? Probably, however he was returning the favor quite often at the other end and they were not being called. All in all, HHS played a very spirited game and they continue to improve each week. The offense looked to be more active most of the night and a number of players stepped up and made some shots.

Please. Stop about the refs. Preseason talk about HHS hinted that their season would go as to how the two post players developed and played. I have not seen a game, so I cannot comment on that progression. Looking at box scores gives some indication as to how well players are doing offensively, but do not tell the whole story. Are the two senior centers contributing?

Qryche, that cry is getting pretty old..........The atmosphere is always great in the Woodshed - band playing and cheerleaders leading cheers. As far as total number of fouls, I think you got the correct stats from an earlier post. The PC fans dominate no matter what gym the Cats are playing in. Get over it! It could compare to the Bluebirds on the Collinsworth turf...........
