The game I was at was grade school. The official making the call had not crossed half court and the play was under the basket due to transition off a turnover. The official in front of the play didn't blow the whistle at all. The kid fell back and from where I was at half court (bookkeeping) I just thought he may have tripped over his own feet. It was the correct call, I just would have never imagined that due to the circumstances the whistle would be blown. I am not complaining, kid probably learned a lesson. Just don't know if I had ever seen that call made.

Saw it called last week in a grade school game by the official at halfcourt. Knew that there used to be something to that affect in the book, just don't know if I have ever seen that call made.

I can't believe that you would mention to an area coach (region coach) that the other schools (15 of which this coach was included) in the region were not rooting for Rose Hill and that coach admitted to you that his/her school wasn't rooting for Rose Hill.

They didn't even give that guys name in the paper. I think he was one of these guys that hi-jack pictures. He looks pretty shady to me.

I listened to Petrino the quaterback and the words out of his mouth last night were I am glad that I have a chance to be part of the senior class that breaks the Ky record for football championships tonight. It was their 17th I believe. He plays for Trinity. I believe that he was proud of their history. I think any player would be honored to be part of carrying on a tradition no matter how deep the tradition runs.

The best part of basketball season is looking at the heights listed for the players. I personally am just a shade over 6' and last night I stood beside a guy that is listed at 6'1'' and I am no doubt 4 or 5 inches taller than him. I fell over when I saw this.

I graduated at 17 wait a minute that was grade school never mind. On another note, there are more and more kids in a grade that will cause them to graduate high school at 19. There are a lot of schools of thought on this. I think Hansboro at UNC was a 19 or 20 yr old freshman.

Do you think he got the same deal the Bush got? I just wondered how inflation or the economy and the principal of demand affected the deal.
