  1. I will have to give the edge to Mason at the Fieldhouse in a close one. I also agree on who stays out of foul trouble. Both of these teams are young with a lot of talent. I see them as the top 2 teams in the 10th next season, and would not count them out as being there at the end of this season.
  2. I like Ty Profitt for 2007 and Darius Miller 2008.
  3. What makes you think they won't. This is tournament time and any thing can happen. PC playing on HC floor is one reason. PC playing HC the last game was not a run away. HC made a pretty good showing despite the 31 point loss they had against a good Scott Co Team the night before. HC will be at there best and PC will have to come with their A game. Coach Kendall will have his team ready to play. You can take that to the bank. Our boys had better be ready for the challenge. If you don't believe me ask Mason Co. about Harrison in the Regionals last season. Go PC Wildcats
  4. It is now 12:30. Have you heard anything.
  5. Sometime this season. I'm just guessing.
  6. Good crowed for Tuesday. Good win for the Cats. JV played a lot in the first half. If not this would have been a blowout early. mhighfield: Good win for your Royals in the Skydome. Tough place to play.
  7. This one is at the Woodshed. Go PC Wildcats
  8. :thumb: They have to stay out of foul trouble. Scott did not find the weakness it has been there all along. There are not to many teams in the 10th that don't have the same problem. Probably only a handful of teams in the State that doesn't. Not to many refs call the 3 seconds in any Region. You must have not watched Elliot much because he does not camp in the paint very often. He is always on the move out side the paint.
  9. I think GRC can match up well with Holmes. They are about the same size team. Jefferson is tough if he keeps his head in the game. Rice is also another tough play. Maybe the only thing GRC has against them in the game is it is at Holmes Gym. Tough place to play. Good luck to GRC representing the 10th.
  10. Congrats to the Mustangs. Reprsenting the 10th well.
  11. :thumb: Couldn't have said it better myself. Also Elliot was on the bench with 2 fouls in the 2nd quarter. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe PC was up about 14 points when Tyler went out. IMO, If Mains and Elliot were not on the bench in the 2nd quarter this would have been blowout city early. When Mains is on the bench PC seams to slow the pace of the game. When Mains was playing in the 1st quarter PC was pushing the ball hard up and down the court. Scott's player were sucking air. When Mains was out the slower tempo let Scott get back into the game. Slow tempo in the 3rd quarter let Scott stay close again Mains is out until late in the 4th quarter. When he came back it was lights out for Scott. Biggs pulled the starters at approximately 1:30 left if not this would have been 20+ win. Another good road win for the Cats. Now it is on to Harrison Co. tonight who was blown out by a good Scott Co. team last night. Go PC Wildcats
  12. That's the way I saw it. He might have been thinking about shooting.
  13. :thumb: I would also like to see all Districts seeded and each team play home and home, JMO.
  14. Brossart very well coached, and can play some very tough defense. This team will be tough to beat. They are big and they can bang down inside. I can not make any predictions because I have not seen Lee Co play. Good luck to the Mustangs representing the 10th Region.
  15. catsin05 Try this link. PC/GRC predictions http://www.bluegrasspreps.com/showthread.php?t=88030
  16. :thumb: Don't get me wrong. I am happy for the kids that get to play in the All A. I just don't get excited about it myself.
  17. I have no interest in the "All A" and I love High School BB. There is only one Champion in Kentucky High School Basketball that is the team that wins the Sweet Sixteen,JMO. I graduated from an All A School (Bracken Co.)and to win the Championship doesn't mean a hill of beans to me. The only people who remember it down the road are the players and their families.
  18. Pat Elliot from Pendleton Co. gets a lot of dogging from the opposing teams student section. It only makes him play better. Ask Bourbon Co.
  19. I guess I have seen him then. Just didn't know who he was. I am looking foward to see him play.
  20. GS I have not seen the Knowles kid play, I don't think. I didn't get to see PC and GRC play at Laurel Co. What position does he play, and what is his height and weight. I know you said he is a Jr. Did he play varsity last season?
  21. One player will not make the difference against PC. GRC will need someone else to step up. PC has 5 players that can get you 20+ points a night. GRC had better be ready to play defense and run the court. I pick a PC win 8-10 points. Go PC Wildcats
  22. 6 out of the next 9 games on the road against some pretty good opponents is not an easy road to Rupp. Not counting the Districts and Regionals. Just in case you have not seen the schedule I posted it for you. Some pretty quality teams on it. PC will have a target on their back every game. 23. This one was over at the half 50-18. Cats had 40+ lead at times. JV got some valued playing time. HurriKane Belcher was taking his toll. He was unstoppable under the basket. Tyler"Wildman" Mains didn't miss a beat after being out sick. I love watching this young man play. He can do it at both ends of the floor. Jon"The Mustang Killer" Elrod was knocking down the 3. Pat" The Beast" Elliot. What can I say. He must of had 10 assist and 5+ blocked shots. Terry "TD" Davis. He was a little quiet, but he will have his day. Go PC Wildcats
  24. Eagles135 did they fire Jimmy.
