The Hopkinsville 6th graders are not making the trip this year. The booster club does not have the money to send all 3 teams and the 7th and 8th grade teams get priority. They have a good little team and I'm sure they will make their mark next year. In addition, most of the 6th graders play on the 7th grade team and 2 of them play on the 8th grade team, so they will get the experience anyway.

Hoptown recently hired Randy Harrell to coach the baseball team. He comes from Jackson, TN, where he coached both North Side High School and Lambuth University. He counts Ray King, Drew Sutton, and Josh Bell among his former players. We are very excited to have him in Hopkinsville!:dancingpa
