Jeff Addison, head coach of the Lady Tigers at Hopkinsville High School, is a successful club coach for Lady Ambush. He has coached my daughter since she was 8 in club soccer and will begin to coach her as a JV when she is a 7th grader next year. He is an excellent coach at all levels.

My husband always does that with my son in the yard. He wrapped little golf balls in masking tape (to weigh them down a bit) and my son uses a croquet stick without the mallet. My son swears it helps him see the ball better during games.

The cross town rivals meet Friday night for annual bragging rights. On paper, it could be CCHS in a blow out, but you never know what is going to happen when you play your heated rivals. Who wins and why?

I've noticed the same thing, even in college. One would think football teams could grab some former soccer players with big boots to kick for them.

Hoptown scores after a Trigg fumble at mid-field. Jeremy Coleman makes a 50 yd run and gives the Tigers the lead. Hoptown faked the FG and it was incomplete. Trigg got a pass interference call in the end zone. Hoptown fakes it again and flags are down.

24-24 with 7 minutes to go in the game. Hoptown led 17-3 at one point but Trigg County scored 21 unanswered points before Hoptown tied it up.
