Final. Sounds like a barnburner. Thanks to everyone for the updates!

Fort Campbell gets a gift from above with a 30 yard bomb/hail mary with 15 seconds left to go ahead 28-21..Prayers have been answerd. Good luck to FC the rest of the way.

Murray forced 2 INTs and a fumble from Andrews in the second half.

Great effort from both schools.

Wow! I'll be the first to say I underestimated Murray. Tre Powell made two completely amazing catches, the second was the game winner. Congrats Falcons and congrats Tigers on a great season and hard fought game.

Good game to watch and Murray came out and had a good game plan. Fort Campbell's ability to score quickly at the end of the first half and again at the game proved to be the difference. Andrews had an off night. Tre Powell again proved to be the game changer. 10 TD catches in the playoffs.

Hats off to both teams. I admit I was wrong about Murray. They have improved greatly since I had seen them last.

Great game by Murray, much improved from last year. Antonio a little bit off tonight, but still helped get the job done in the closing seconds of the game, (he never quits). Tre Powell - Wow!!

The atmosphere at Murray was superb for a football game! They sure make some noise on that little middle school field. With a crowd like that, there should be more BGP backers from Murray.

Great job Falcons!!!!!! I so look forward to a Falcon on Falcon Semi-State!!!!!Have a great Thanksgiving, and see you in 7!!!!

You also have a Happy Thanksgiving! I guess the boys will be practicing on turkey day. I hope we can come close to matching the superb job you guys did in hosting the semi-final.

Friday's semifinal will be played at Austin Peay. It may be the first ever Kentucky football playoff game played in Tennessee.

Grass field or turf?

Turf

I know a lot of Falcon faithful wanted the game at Austin Peay; I would have preferred good old Fryar Stadium on-post. Not the same atmosphere when you play a high school game (2A level) on a college field, many empty seats, not a lot of noise.

Field turf

I guess that won't be so bad, Monroe and FC both pretty much live on the border with the lady Volunteers.
