You're right, I look for Boone to take district. The great thing this year is, some of these teams will have a shot at redemption against their rival in the playoffs. In 4A in NKY that rarely happens.

I'm pretty sure I remember hearing before last years game, that this Watterson school has beaten Columbus DeSales (the team that beat HHS) something like 8 years in a row. Last year, both Columbus schools put a beatdown on the NKY schools, hopefully the Colonels can steal one this year.

Or any other sport for that matter:rolleyes: You make it seem like CCH has no chance. They were a play away from beating HHS last year, and 2 years ago HHS did zero offensively against them. What makes you think that play doesn't go in CCH's favor this year-both teams are improved from last year.

221 yard against St. X is pretty solid if you ask me, that is almost 100 more yards than they put up last year against them. I think the offense IS getting better. For those who don't think CCH's offense is going to get better, I'd invite you to watch one of their games, and see just how many balls they are dropping. These are some of the best receivers in the state, and you know one of these games they are going to hold onto all of them. I'm not sure if a defense in 3A will stop them if that happens. Of course, Josh is inaccurate at times, but they just put up 220 against one of the best teams in the country, they have now seen the best they will see.

Has anybody even seen this guy throw the ball yet? I missed the game tonight, maybe he did, but against UT we all knew what they were going to do every time he set foot on the field.

Was only 10-3 late in the 3rd Q. CCH's D will keep them in any game. Unfortunately, turnovers occurred. Not a bad showing against the #9 team in the country.

Sounds like this game could have gotten real ugly.

Dude, Henry County scored a whole 7 points against Eminence.....the same Eminence team that held the offensive juggernaut Trimble County to a mere 62 points.....and you are touting Carroll Co.'s D as a powerhouse for holding Henry Co. to 6 points? Please.
