Is there any chance that any of the programs I have mentioned clearing administration have anything in common? Do your homework on football before you start posting things on here with people who know. BTW.... Beechwwod is open and you notice I haven't said anything like that about that position...... Don't tell me this job is open again! I swear, why won't people recognize what the problems are and deal with them? I will guarantee this job has been open 7 times in 10 years! That is crazy! People need to get together and make some changes in the administration.

To be open abd objective about the situation, not everyone here ism add in honesty, and those individuals don't want to hear that. Realistically, KCC has a shot a 4 wins on the schedule, if the Owens kid can stay healthy. I saw him on film this year, he's not a bad player, I don't think he's a big time college player, but that's M.O. Anyway, he is certainly the best back KCC has had since Holbrook was there. I see a legitimate chance at at 4th seed in the playoffs, a trip to pond creek, and a trip home. As for Coach Beder, there is no question he knows football and can coach. Will he stay? Well, looking at the track record at KCC and Coach Beder's track record, they both suggest frequent changes. So draw your own conclusions!

PAT MAN, as I said earlier, I am very pleased with my current assignment! I am just thankfull to the Good Lord I do not have to make coffee, be a gopher, and kiss rear end for my living. I am terribly sorry for those who do on here! Problem is, some don't know when to stop! :lol:

PAT MAN, for the first time in sports writing on this board, I have to say you are right! In fact, I have turned that job down twice in the past. I am perfectly content with my present assignment, and to be honest with you, I just thank the good Lord that my living doesn't consist of making coffee, being a gopher, and kissing rear end, which some people that post here must do! In the past years of the program, there have been small amounts of time when support was there, in a way. However, it never stayed, because people are too busy fighting among themselves and the administration thinks its a basketball school, even though they have not won a Regional title in 26 years. Right now, I don't think you could bring Bear Bryant back from the grave and make a dent at Betsy Layne! Best thing that could happen here is for all the parents to get together, meet with the Superintendent, demand the resignation of the principal, get a new administrator who is supportive for all sports and will be fair, then recruit a good coach. No one is going to come there the way things are right now!

Pikeville was just young last year, had a new coach and system and suffered growing pains! It would have been the same no matter what you ran on offense. Coach Jackson is a proven winner! Give the man a chance to build his program!

I will be making my 15th straight appearance to the State Championships! Hopefully, I can meet some of the B.G. Preppers there!

If the Owens boy can stay injury free, KCC might make the playoffs next year, but as I have said before, everyone gets players once every 10 years or so. I do not see a sustained program coming from there because of the administration. The Superintendent has made too many errors and has proven incompetence since he has been there, just look at the other programs and the academic performance of the district. Why would it not be any different for the football program?

I don't know if Highlands can hold them under 40 points, but I sure wouldn't bet against the Bluebirds in the playoffs!
