Don't tell me this job is open again! I swear, why won't people recognize what the problems are and deal with them? I will guarantee this job has been open 7 times in 10 years! That is crazy! People need to get together and make some changes in the administration.

Unfortunately, that is usually the problem. There's a reason certain programs are always toward the top and a reason that certain programs are consistently at the bottom. There are a lot of key elements that a coach cannot control when it comes to a commitment to winning.

I've got the answer for you " Boys, lets git us another coach, he'll get us turned around, Joe Superintendent is a good feller and we couldn't git rid of him" Yeah, that's really worked out well at the programs you have mentioned. Is there any chance that any of the programs I have mentioned clearing administration have anything in common? Do your homework on football before you start posting things on here with people who know. BTW.... Beechwwod is open and you notice I haven't said anything like that about that position...... I wonder why? :confused:
