You have given your all and that’s all anyone can ask. To the underclass men, learn from this year and work to be better for next year. To the Highlands coaches, it was a tough year. Yes the team was improved over the previous year. While maybe not a state title contender, this team deserved more from you. There are many improvements to be made, please take some time for self reflection and think about what you could have done better.

I'm a thumbs up, but only because I'm sequencing my Christmas lights to the music. Each 2 minute song takes about 8 hours of listening to all or portions of a song over and over and over. By the day after Thanksgiving when I start the show, I'm sure to have had dreams about the music.

Been a few alums on here that seem to be on the same side as me. And he drew the criticism based on his actions. His argument is lame. "I'm not giving film to them because they had a bye and were at our game and already scouted us." I'm with Guru on this one, cry me a river. Man up and do your job. Seems to be the perception around BW is that he's not getting the job done.

I'm a Highlands alum. No hate here. But the coach embarrassed himself and his school. The coaches argument and actions on this matter are weak.

Exactly! It's a game film. It's already available on the internet. Why make a big deal about it? Sad state of things surrounding the football program.

Competitive advantage? Has his kids back and taught them when you disagree with something/someone, take your ball and go home and pout you didn't get your way. Great Lesson. If he wanted to protest the Bye week, there were other ways to do that and not make him and the school look bad.

Why? IMO, BW deserved it. What he did was so petty. A leader of young men could've used it as a teaching moment. Instead he chose to pout about it.
