I'm going to leave the 9 year comment alone. But that is very funny. Obviously someone felt like he could do the job. My question would be how much freedom did he have with personnel decisions? If he was handcuffed, then is it really his fault? If he played favorites and didn't play the best player, then that's on him.

Pretty sure there are hundreds of seniors walking out of a first round playoff game across the state. It happens every year. This year for the first time in a long time, Highlands players felt that pain. Sucks, yes. But they'll be fine and have a lot of memories and lessons learned. What problems I see won't be solved on a message board. Seems funny that when you first joined(not that long ago) you knew nothing and now all of a sudden you know what was wrong and why things didn't go well. Maybe you should apply for any open position that may come this year.
