Good tune up game for the Purples to get back in playoff form. As for GC, the worst season in almost 2 decades still ends with 4 wins and a playoff appearance, with some promising building blocks for next year. Certainly more than Marshall can say ?

I do think it's worth remembering that Taylor County started the year 7-0. They were a really good team for most of the season before sputtering out to end the regular season.
