From what I have seen, Coach Lyndon Dunning has officially been let go. There were rumors earlier in the week that a decision was imminent, but it's been confirmed today.

This is an absolute travesty. 

Any additional info on this one?

It's crazy to think someone who been there 6 years and won roughly 72% of his games and making it to the regional tournament every year would be let go after one rough season.  

From what I have seen of Coach Dunning, his teams are always extremely well organized, play hard, and are highly competitive.  Hard to imagine someone being let go after one down year.  If he still has the drive to be a head coach, he will land somewhere else soon and continue to be successful!

Based on social media:

Parent complaints that he's tough on the kids. Sounds like a small group of influential "Karens" who went to the board office. It was done by the Superintendent without the support of the Principal or AD.

This is getting ridiculous across the board. How are these kids going to handle adversity in the real world? See if mom and dad can get them out of the situation again?
