I am headed in that direction. Alta is really grinding my gears lately.

Any other altafiber customers missing these channels today? I still get the regular ESPNs and the SEC Network and MLB TV, but those three no longer allow access.

Game 3: Golden State 77 Dallas 73 Dallas had a 16 point lead about midway through the third quarter, but couldn't hold on for the win. The Valkyries win their first ever playoff series and advance to meet the Las Vegas Aces in the semi-finals.

Hoping for a Brewers/Sox series just because it's new. The sensible fan in me wants Brewers/Rays because it's 2 covered fields so no rainouts or the potential of a windchill in the teens game like you may get in Chicago, NY or Cleveland.

Game 3: Las Vegas 94 Indiana 83 Vegas Moves on to face the winner of Golden State and Dallas. Didn't watch tonight, Philly at Atlanta took priority.

Braves move on to face the Dodgers in the NLDS. Padres and Brewers on the other side.

Game 2: Dallas 108 Golden State 100 (OT) Barn burner of a game as the Wings rally to send the game into OT and then pull away for the win. Arike Ogunbowale scores a playoff record 45 points to lead Dallas. Series knotted at 1 with the deciding game 3 set for Friday at Golden State.

Game 2: Atlanta 93 Washington 75 Sonia Citron leads all scorers with 25 points, but it wasn't enough as the Dream win the series 2-0. Atlanta advances to the semi-finals to take on the New York Liberty.

Game 2: New York 87 Minnesota 71 Breanna Stewart and Jonquel Jones both score 21 for the Liberty as they become the first #8 seed to knock out a #1 seed. NY takes the series 2-0

Game 2: Indiana 99 Las Vegas 89 Caitlin Clark scores 27 and dishes out 15 assists (She had 14 and 11 at half) to lead the Fever as this series is now knotted at 1. Deciding game 3 is Thursday in Vegas.

Here's a fun one from yesterday: Niners WR Deebo Samuel had 80 yards receiving with 0 receptions. Took a hook and ladder lateral for an 80 yard TD. So he gets credit for the 80 receiving yards, but not the reception.

Games 1 are in the books: NY 91 Minnesota 75 Las Vegas 102 Indiana 85 Atlanta 92 Washington 77 Golden State 104 Dallas 80 Liberty were the only road team and lower seed to win. Games 2 upcoming after travel days to the lower seed arenas.

Gamecocks are playing without their top defensive player, Dylan Stewart. Suspended indefinitely for throwing a punch at an Alabama player yesterday. I still think Carolina wins at home, if for no other reason that to save Beamer's job for another week.

This is do or die for this front office group. They have zero excuses. 2 seasons ago, the Chicago White Sox lost more games than any team in history. This season, they are a playoff team. That should be the floor for the Reds. Anything less is a failure and should result in Nick Krall and the entire front office being out of their jobs.

TMU continues to struggle with the move to DII. Currently sitting at 0-4, and honestly, looking at the box scores, not really close in any of them. For the second straight year, they don't play their first home game until October. Not sure if that's a transition rule or something, but it's made things even tougher I'd guess. Following a 1-10 2025 campaign, this season is shaping up similar.

South Carolina finally on the board. 14-3 Bama. And It pains me to say that I hope Carolina is already into their coaching search. As a Gamecock fan, I liked the Beamer hire. He brought a lot of energy, but energy isn't producing a lot of wins.

The field is now set: Top seed Minnesota Lynx takes on the 8 seed NY Liberty 2 seed Golden State Valkyries vs 7 seed Dallas Wings 3 Seed Las Vegas Aces against the 6 seed Indiana Fever 4 seed Atlanta Dream takes on the 5 seed Washington Mystics I'm kind of expecting chalk. but I would not be surprised to see Indiana take out Vegas (beat them 2 of three in the season series), nor would I be shocked if Washington beat Atlanta. Mystics finished strong down the stretch. Should be fun.

Minnesota 86 Indiana 66 Not an overly surprising outcome. It was going to be a tough game anyway but the only Fever starter that played meaningful minutes was Kelsey Mitchell (22 Minutes; Clark played only 18, Boston 13). Mitchell finished with 10 points, snapping her streak of games of 20+ points at 27. With the loss, Indiana drops to the 6 seed in the playoffs and will take on Las Vegas in the opening round. Indiana took 2 of the 3 games against the Aces in the regular season. It is now playoff time for Indiana. More basketball to come.

I am as well. I will watch tomorrow night, but if I were a betting man, I'd guess Indiana gets throttled in Minnesota. Hope not, but just a gut feeling, seeing as the Lynx starters have to be ticked with being benched for the second half last night. Hope I'm wrong. Entering the post season on a losing note is never a good idea.

Fever had a 29 point lead at the half, but played a horrible third to let the Lynx (mostly playing reserves) back into it. But they made a good run to end the game for the 18 point win. Minnesota played without Olivia Miles. Up next: Final regular season game, at Minnesota on Thursday.

If South Carolina gets blasted by Alabama, Shane Beamer may be on borrowed time.

Add Miami into that small pool of potential number 1, certainly top 5 picks.
