This could be a great job if someone is given the chance and has a clear vision. Caba had 4 years and his son did a lot of the work for the team but it doesn’t seem they developed too much. The next guy needs a 5 year plan on development from the top down and getting numbers up.

Word is the other top recruits don’t want to play with him and the attitude problems. He doesn’t seem to be the level of #1 prospect that you take regardless because of the talent so schools are seeing the chance to land 2-3 over just Stokes.

The Bengals biggest issue starts with Duke Tobin. The drafting has been awful. From there it is a developmental issue with the coaching staff. Both should be held accountable and go.
