I've never heard of Kenny Goodin, but know for sure the other two have not applied from mutual friends in Lincoln County. Did hear the job had several quality applicants and the wheels are in motion.

Seems accurate. The school has great resources and always a strong feeder system. Not got to see a lot of games lately but this is one of the best jobs in the 12th Region, all things considered.

Have heard some interesting names being floated, seems to be a lot of interest in the job.

Supposedly the new facilities are not happening at GC, anyone else heard this? As for the feeder system it is still far behind the rest of the schools in the area. Tough job for sure.

The Rebels struggled to shoot the ball and the stage seemed too big for them. The crowd was unreal. The district does rotate, the region could not do the same. Most of the gyms in the region are too small or don't have ample parking. The current setup makes the most sense geographically and both schools do a great job. Not to say others wouldn't, but if it ain't broke then why fix it? Wouldn't be totally shocked to see these two teams play again for the Region next week.

Two best coaches in the region in round 1. Wayne is young but very talented. Close early, Lincoln pulls away late.

There are some good assistants in the area that may be a good fit here like Cooper at Lincoln County, Goldsmith and Rogers at Southwestern.

Sounding like Parks is the frontrunner at Danville. Wonder if this will satisfy the masses or will there be transfers to their crosstown rival?

Stonebraker would do well there for sure. If they wanted to go the assistant route they may look at Cooper from LC or Rogers from SW. The last time a LC guy went there it ended up going well!
