Ok, I didn't realize the age of the thread either, wow. And I stand corrected, we started the season with 933. Good looking out. ?

The KHSAA list is not up to date. Paducah Tilghman definitely has over 800 wins, and Mayfield started the season with 937.

He is NOT gone for the season. Someone put their hands on him and he responded. I'm not condoning that at all, but it is an understandable reaction.

Mayfield travels to Henderson to take on Henderson Co who has been whetting their appetite on 2A football in pre-district play. But so far it has left a bad taste in their mouth. Does Mayfield continue that trend? What do you think?

Not much to say about this game as Mayfield completely dominated the entire game. Second half began with Mayfield returning the kickoff to start the running clock, and that was that.

Not really for this thread, but nothing to complain about. We had every chance to win the game, but the blue tornado brilliantly shut down every attempt. Well done.

Mayfield comes in to this game after an emotional loss to their long standing rival Paducah Tilghman. Does McCracken Co have anything for the Cardinals? Let us know what you think.

We were connecting through a verizon wireless data plan.

We were unable to get on the air at the PT game this past friday. No one could get any page to load on their devices. We have never run into this before. We are not techies, but we are learning. Any suggestions as to what we could do to guarantee that we are able to stream wherever we are? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to add that I thought the facilities upgrade at PT was fantastic! Great place to watch some high caliber high school football. The whole experience last night was top notch, except for Rick Dees running the PA. Really? PT has a fine program, and they certainly don't need a disc jockey complete with the comical sound effects buttons. Nothing against the guy doing it because he was passionately doing his job. I, personally, thought it did not belong in a big time football game.

I hate that we lost this game. But I was genuinely glad for the Paducah program and their entire fanbase. Every Tilghman fan that we were sitting with showed nothing but class in their big victory. We just watched the entire city, or so it seemed, dance on the field after the game. It was a very big win, and they earned it. Win them all from here on out big blue!

Oh, and Mayfield had a great running back that played for Green Bay way back in the day. His name escapes me, but I will find out.

Snake is on the right track in saying that some of those D1 players that played for PT, did not experience a win against Mayfield. While some programs field great players on their team, great programs field great teams. We have great respect for the Big Blue, but it's not what it used to be. They are going to have to start winning some games for that to change. Will it be this year? It's possible, but PT will have to play their absolute best and hope that Mayfield does not. I'm taking the Cards in this one by 2 touchdowns. Go Big Red!

Cardinals make the trip to McWright Field to renew the second oldest rivalry in the state. Mayfield has won 17 in a row over the Big Blue Tornado, and the desperation at PT to end this streak is nearly palpable. What do you say? Will the streak finally come to an end this year?

Several players got in on the fun last nite. Carter Morris had a monster game. Biggers was so good on both sides of the ball, and what about Josiah England? Wow!
