Kentucky Windage

This team made it hard for me to follow this year. The sloppy play, fundamental deficiencies, poor positional defense just made it hard to follow. It's painful to watch a team that can't pass. They seriously missed having a good point guard. Going to miss Oscar. Dude is a machine on the boards but very raw defensively. Curious as to what this team will look like next year with the new guys coming in and the transfer portal.

This team wasn't going anywhere. They just couldn't throw it in the ocean today. I mean, when they're cold, they go ice cold.

There's no way that the Cats can keep up this poor of shooting while turning the ball over and win. Need to shoot the ball much better in the 2nd half.

Well, I was on a roll this weekend with my bracket... then I lost my champ when Purdue decided to dip out. I went against my athletic guard rule for them and it cost me.

The one that I find irritating, is when the offensive player catches a pass then is allowed to take a 1&2 step which involves change of direction, then a third step then finally a dribble. Seen it numerous times in this Memphis/Florida Atlantic game

How bad did that 5th foul on Reeves hurt. Came off a screen, had to make a basketball play that's made in every game, nails the 3. Ref calls an offensive foul, no basket. Would've made it a 2 point game with 1:30ish to play.

Does it really matter? Give me a team with good guard play over a team with good big guy play any day come March. Cats struggle with consistency from outside, struggle with free throws, and are a well below average team with passing. All these things equate to making it easy for other teams to play defense against. UK does rebound really well though but they also lack a rim presence as there is no shot blocker. It's highly unlikely that they'll make it out of the first weekend.

Cats will be an 8 seed.

Well Vandy is 100% in the tournament. And they will 100% lose in round 1.

I wish we could've gotten Eric Daniels to come back to UK to teach Oscar and Toppin on interior passing. Both are below average interior passers.
