What type of players have come into the program for trinity’s Freshman ? Any players to look out for on the varsity level in the next 3 years of their varsity career?

You people are the blind leading the blind. My opinions are of the Head not the heart. I call them like I see them at the time, not like I might wish things to be, but how things are. And what’s it to you,or anyone who I am a fan of ?

A couple of games that would be very competitive, DeSales vs Jeffersonville. DeSales vs New Albany, or Floyd central.

DeSales Dad, that indeed is a huge upgrade just like the good old days when all the catholic schools would play each other. If coach Harold Davis isn’t coach of the year, I would like to know who is. Look at his record since taking over the head job, that speaks volumes. It is remarkable what he, the parents, the players,and his staff have accomplished.

Rondale Moore is the fastest football player in the state. He will prove that when he wins the state in the track and field meet in the 100 m dash.

I am so proud of the colts and their staff. Formerly young men that would only consider Saint x or Trinity, are now taking a hard look at DeSales. They have more than a few players that were headed to X or Trinity change their minds and settle in at DeSales. I just wish the DeSales varsity would upgrade their schedule with some Indianapolis catholic schools, or Cincinnati catholic schools. This would tend to attract even more athletes.

They were on their way to Arby’s and made a wrong turn. Let’s see if the creekers freshman show up for their game.

Fern creek will not show up.

As to the freshman Saint x football team, I was only passing along what was being said on poplar level road. Wasn’t my view, but the view of many of their parents and fans.

I want to thank all you fans who responded to the thread. Your insights are always very much appreciated.

Will the Trinity soccer program ever live up to expectations from its fans. No matter the pre season hype, and no matter the season record, and rating, the soccer team always finds a way to disappoint. How many times in the last 20 years should they have taken home a state title, They always fall short somewhere along the way. This year was no exception.

One of these years the right coach will land at Ballard, and strike a chord with the athletes walking the halls of Ballard High School. Then it will be similar to what happened at central high school, when coach Ty arrived, or what happened at DeSales when Coach Harold Davis showed up. Ballard reminds me of jeffersonville high school across the river. Loads of talent never much success.

He has already stayed longer than most people thought he would.

Central wins 24-21

It is a safe bet, this trinity freshman team is the best freshman team in Kentucky hands down. They might be the best in the tri state area.

If coach Wolford fails to win a state championship this year, will he step down ?

DeSales 35-6 finish up the regular season schedule undefeated. I see another state title in the colt’s future.

I don’t count on the fern creek freshman to play. Look for a cancellation. Too bad it is too late in the freshman schedule to book a few other games with teams in and around Cincinnati. If Trinity can get another group like this one next year, brother look out !

Trinity 49-0 less than 90 seconds left in the game. I am out of here and on the way home to watch the Yankees cinch a berth in the series. Just like the 50’s and 60’s a yankee vs dodger World Series.

If they finish it out, then I say this year’s team is the best ever.
