I understand exactly how the pairings and draw works and meant the KHSAA DRAW not the KHSAA itself. Obviously, the draw is a blind luck of the draw so, again, not suggesting that any one person or entity is "screwing it up" but rather meant that Mercer and Sacred Heart should meet in Championship game if the luck of the draw doesn't screw it up!

Sacred Heart and Mercer County are the two best teams in the state! Unless KHSAA screws it up and puts their regions together, they should meet in title game barring an upset!

Yes, I was aware of her but thought you meant someone else! She is a nice player but won't change their team in quality that much in my opinion!

Okay, not to be a contrarian but 77 shots in a high school girls basketball game appears to be insanely inflated as well! 77 shots in a regulation game? Butler had 53 shots in its win over Bullitt East earlier this week where it scored 65 points.

Sure, I would think the CJ would require such information and not just go on someone's word about it.

That is fine but I find it incredibly hard to believe. Campbell County had 23 rebounds last night against Male......as a team. Butler is averaging 33 rebounds a game.......as a team. I am not questioning the player's ability but merely questioning how she could possibly have 30+ rebounds in a regulation game. The points of 30+ sure. Rebounds? Okay.

If she had 30+ rebounds then I am the next President of the United States. I don't doubt the points but the rebound stat has to be bogus!

Yes, I did the same but didn't realize the injuries until hearing that earlier today. Still, I will roll with Male. Should be a great game!

That's too bad but glad she will still be playing in the state since have heard awesome things about her but never seen her play. Hopefully, Notre Dame's schedule includes some games against Region 6 and 7 teams so we can see her play.

Thanks for that info on the signing and that makes sense about chasing the dream. Also, the other school may have what she wants to study for her career, etc. I just question whether the player was really getting a full ride when they changed to only walking on to another team and school. Softball (and other non-revenue sports) full rides don't happen often.

I am so confused. Can Juniors sign with a college? I see these stories all over the place and heard about a girl who had a "full ride" to Western who now is walking on somewhere else. How do you go from truly having a full ride somewhere to walking on somewhere else unless you are going from Western to Auburn or Arizona or Stanford?

That was a beatdown and Sacred Heart is without a doubt for real. Amazingly enough, Grace Berger, who some acted like should not be considered as Miss Basketball, looks like a strong contender for that part!

Anderson County 64- Assumption 51 at Anderson County. By quarter Anderson 9 - Assumption 2 Anderson 20- Assumption 9 Assumption 25 - Anderson 14 Anderson 21 - Assumption 15 4th quarter was still mainly regular players until about 2 minutes left in game.

Both teams because through 4 quarters it was 61-41. Sounds like everyone quit playing defense in 5th quarter.

Please elaborate on these and list the school/schools that have offered these players. I am just curious.
