Is 5000 seats enough for this tournament? If it is the Frankfort convention center, to me, would be ideal. Mostly because of its central location. It just doesn't seem fair that a team should have to travel 4 or 5 hours for this tournament. I'm certain that there would have been a lot more Murray fans in attendance, had it not been 4 1/2 hours from NKU to Murray. As much as I like the facility at NKU and feel like they have done a great job with this event, I think it is only equatable to try and get it closer to the geographical center of the state.

Congratulations to a very scrappy team with a lot of upside in Boyd county. Those girls showed out very well against a very tough Mercer County thru the better part of 3 quarters. The Sophomore, Wheeler, is pretty dang impressive! The shooting night that Mercer had, would have been tough for any team to overcome & these young ladies sure gave it a ton of effort and should be proud!

I can't seem to find this Harrison girl on Mercer County's roster from last year, or the year before that or the year before that?

I picked them in November and,for a long stretch this season, I thought that was a mistake. I should have known that Glen Drury would get this team together and realize their potential but,with the turmoil this team has faced, I wasn't sure even He could get it done! I'm back to feeling like I did in the fall and feel like it's their year! I'll say 64-56 Bearcats!
