John Fraley takes Maroons to Rupp in his first season as Maroon Head Coach.

Congratulations to Pulaski County. now go and put a beat down on Scott county at Rupp!!!

Beat down on scott county is very unlikely. I know Pulaski can score the ball, but i think they come up short by arpund 10-15

Without seeing a box score or any stats I am going to say yes.

I know listening to it, in the second half he seemed to get a shot off on nearly every possession.

His athletic prowess is insane. He can literally get a shot off from anywhere on the court anytime he wants against anyone at this level. His shot wasn't falling in the first half. In the second half it was. When his jumper is on then he is damn near unstoppable. When he penetrates he gets to the rim. He can hit the mid range jumper. He can score with floaters in the paint. He can hit the three. When he is on.....yeesh.... so much fun to watch.

Mercer County coach Kurt Young was named coach of the year, and perhaps rightfully so, but he absolutely needed to take a timeout or two in the first quarter and he didn't. Pulaski took an insurmountable lead while Mercer was running around aimlessly with no direction. When PC went up 15-2 and he still hadn't called one, I knew Mercer was in trouble.

Faulkner is a great player. I would've liked to seen MC run a few more things offensively to get Faulkner and others some game-flow shots. Congrats to PC. Crazy to think it's been since '92 for a school that size to win a region.

At the end of it all, the 2 teams that were suppose to be there were there.

Great basketball players on both sides of the ball.

Good luck to Pulaski in the Sweet 16.
