Anderson and Collins meet for the third time with each team with a win. Should be a good one an all 30th District final.

I picked them in November and,for a long stretch this season, I thought that was a mistake. I should have known that Glen Drury would get this team together and realize their potential but, with the turmoil this team has faced, I wasn't sure even He could get it done! I'm back to feeling like I did in the fall and feel like it's their year! I'll say 64-56 Bearcats!

Anderson Co. is the hot team without a doubt. I think it's comes down to youth vs. experience at the point. Who wins the battle between McKnight and Garmon goes to Rupp! I still don't think we have seen Collins at its best. So I say Collins 62-56!

Anderson defended well what I think is the worst matchup for them in the region, South Oldham. IF they can defend the same way tonight and just keep Collins in check on the boards while protecting the ball, it's very likely they will be cutting down the nets at the Roy. However, this will be a greatly heated, contested game. Not only is this the region championship, it's a huge district rivalry as well, with each having taken a victory this year at the other's home floor. Calm will need to prevail as well in this game and that can be a tough thing to do in the type environment we will see tonight.

Another 8th region season is almost complete. There has been some close games, hard fought wins, and some late night Our Best catering :) But for the most part as I have said all season the favorite going into the tourney has not won this region in a while. I am hoping that I did not put the jinx on South Oldham last night.

Tonight will be a hard one to choose. A rematch of a week ago of the 30 district championship. Pre-season we all thought that this could Anderson's year, and it very well could come to tuition tonight, however the Titans will have something to say about that.

I am going with the Bearcats tonight for their half court defense, even thought it would not surprise me to see Collins win. Good luck to all these young men, and their coaches...

Correct me if I'm wrong but Collins has won every game they've played @ Henry County this yr. I believe they won that holiday tourney in December @ H.C.

Sounds like a good game. Good individual players, Penny and Dom. Both teams hot beating the 2 favorite Oldham schools. Both splitting the regular season matchup. For no reason other than I got to meet @BigVMan23 @ the all A in Frankfort I'll go with A.C. 65-62. I'll see you all there and get some of that good food this time. Last week I could hardly concentrate on the game bcos someone right in front of me had a fish sandwich.
