I think why it won’t happen is because of Kyky’s dad. He’s also undersized to play the 2 but I don’t think that’ll hurt him. It’s sad that this is the best class to come through Kentucky in awhile and only one kid will be at UK. Also congrats to Dontaie! This is huge and a big accomplishment!

Kyky Tandy. There are 3 top 100 kids in Kentucky right now; Tandy, Johnson, and Allen. I think IF UK offers 2 it’ll be Tandy and Allen

Any chance UK offers two kids from Kentucky in the 2019 class? They haven’t done that since ‘13 either.

Jeffries had been committed to UK for awhile and was only ranked one spot ahead of Allen in the new rankings. I assume he was thinking he’d have to fight for PT so he decommitted but I have clue about him or his situation so it could’ve been something else. Either way it definitely helps Dontaie, hopefully with that spot open he gets the offer and some playing time!

Stanford is definitely a great choice. I also am worried about homesickness, that’s a long way from Louisville.

Are there any out of state teams on St. X’s schedule this year? Are they going to Indy to play Cathedral?

The Grind Session had a session at Marshall County a couple years ago when Hopkinsville played Findlay Prep also.

What is X’s oline looking like? I know they lost a couple D1 guys last year

Wow I just assumed they had around 100, I’m impressed by the numbers. And if Ballard beat St. X in a scrimmage then The Boyle/Ballard game could go very differently than most expect. Anybody else have any info on the scrimmage?

I know how big the school is but they don’t usually have that many do usually have 160 between sophomore-senior do they?

Is Rodney Woods still the head coach at Wayne? It seems like he always has them ready.

Coach Newton is probably the best coach in the region. The Trojans probably won't contend for the region but they'll be a tough, smart, scrappy, well coached team that will be a tough out.

I think the top 3 are all really close and they've separated themselves from number 4. Also why does everyone assume that Dontaie can't play at UK? The scouts at 247 think he's just as good as a guy who has been committed to Kentucky for awhile.

There are so many that stick out to me. My favorite logo is probably Paducah Tilghman and my favorite helmet may be Danville. Others that stand out to me are: Pikeville PRP Bourbon County Bryant Station CAL Christian County Frederick Douglas Male McCracken County St. Xavier

Did anybody else notice that DJ Jefferies, a UK committ from Mississippi, is only one spot ahead of Allen? Also Kentucky is very close to having 3 players in the top 100. When was the last time that happened?
