What does Webster County need to do to be successful in the 2018/2019 season? Please be constructive.

Coach Newton is probably the best coach in the region. The Trojans probably won't contend for the region but they'll be a tough, smart, scrappy, well coached team that will be a tough out.

If Hunter McNaughten (sp?) could/would utilize his size and play with his back towards the basket they could be a problem for a lot of teams

Who will be the favorite in their district? I'd think it'll either be them or Henderson County

Henderson doesn't lose much if I recall..

 

And don't fool yourselves. Webster had a more athletic team than folks would let you believe. They had a kid who was one of the top 2 or 3 athletes in the entire region.

Henderson lost Kale Gaither who ran point all season as a freshman. That's going to sting.

Which in my opinion makes them district favorites. Union had a nice core returning and Gaither(which should have been there last year), nice combination.

Newton will have Webster County competitve in every game.
