It has been a year since I started my "diet" and I have lost around 60 to 70 lbs. My weight fluctuates between 190 and 195 and I have been able to maintain for the last 4 months. Similar to what @Jackie Ed said it is amazing the things you can do if you are consistent and determined.

I have had several members in the military but my grandpa was the only one actually in combat in WWII. He was in the navy and stationed on a ship in Asia pacific ocean area.

I agree for a normal golf tournament it is not that enticing but I enjoy watching the Major tournaments as much as football.
