    Adair should win but Union has some athletes and speed. IF Adair doesnt play their A game and Union catches a few breaks, could be an upset.

    One team can beat Taylor-that's North. North return most everybody and if they catch Taylor on an off night, they can beat TC. A hand full of the other teams might be in play if TC was upset by North in the Semis. I do expect Larue to take a step forward but their goal will be to beat Green & Caverna in the 18th district

    I spoke with a Falcon parent before the game who echoed similar thoughts. I told him they had nothing to worry about tonight and he said I was crazy. I went into the game thinking Roe would win by 3 tds plus. I left the game thinking there was little difference between the two. A pick six at the end of the half was the decisive play. We probably should have just taken a knee and went into half content to be down one. Green showed some offense it had not all year long-credit to the coaches for coming with some scheme to help move the ball. I was surprised that Monroe didnt control the LOS better than it did. We have struggled with that all year, even against lesser teams. I was beginning to agree with you that Monroe would beat DeSales in the second round in Tville. While anything is possible, i cant make that prediction now.

    100% agreed on Adair. Called the same thing. Adair is a bit of a paper lion due to their schedule. ETown's schedule with N Oldham, Bardstown and North Hardin is respectable. A far cry from KCD, Metcalfe, and (gulp) Caverna.

    There was a time when losing to Edmonson would have been unthinkable for Larue but playing them close is a step in the right direction.

    Campbellsville lost 2 key players, including one of their best players in a long time. I had Cville but thought it was still a tossup. This is only a slight upset, if at all.
