How is Koebe Garrard an NAIA player? He's already qualified on his ACT...he's a 17 yr old Sr. Who may very well go to a prestigious prep school which will guarantee D1...He would've destroyed Matt Wilson..this kid is a beast when dialed in..everyone loves Boogie Cousins but he's unpredictable...same as Garrard. Not to mention that several D1 football programs are inquiring about the kid...Wells same way he's a 16 yr old Jr. Getting D1 looks at Wr in football and if he takes the basketball route Prep School is already lined up which will guarantee him D1 in basketball. These basketball kids were key puzzles to the tremendous football year and they follow with a run to Rupp. There's not a team left that's built like these kids. I agree w you on some accounts but if Mason runs zone like we kno they will it will be hard to keep Hounds off the boards becuz their not assigned to a man...speed and athleticism will get off the floor sooner to get put backs...thinking hounds will establish Garrard in the gaps against zone..refs are letting them play it seems in these regional games...depth and athleticism too much for Royals.

Augusta kids played w emotion and fire...I can see the Panthers making a game of it against MOCO...don't think they've played this year. I'm taking Augusta if it's close.

Paris had a subpar performance against Harrison couple weekends ago...thinking too much Garrard=Thunder& Wells=Lightning. Also too deep!!

So your predicting winner strictly off odds becuz eyes say Paris but that's why we pay admission to watch things play out.

Still can't seem to grasp how a team beats a team 3 times and is ranked behind that team.

Sometimes teams are jus bad match ups...not saying MOCO can't beat us but sometimes when they go man they get caught w a big on our skilled players and it causes them fits...Hounds were on fire from 3pt line...if they shooting well from perimeter...Ball game!! You must have been with Bill Walton at one of those outside concerts because Paris has already beaten MOCO twice. Fall apart? They never led the game against Brossart...worst shooting game of the year that day.

I echo Rez...being courtside at both games Paris controlled both games until Fuller took control of his squad in 4th...Hounds have to contain everyone else becuz Fuller is a great high school point guard he's goin to do what he does...I expect jerryd Jones to have a better game than what he's had...he's totaled 8 pts in 2 games against the Hounds. With that being said the Thunder of Garrard and the Lightning of Wells will prove to b too much. Hounds by a nickel!! But who else would I pick?

Honestly he's delivered both games. Best Pt in the Region offensively....defensively he's suspect...I believe Paris' depth at the gaurd position causes problems for Moco...game comes down to 3 things...Paris defending the 3pt line...Moco establishing Jones and Paris' bench production

I agree w you about Cornelius he was scoring at will when he touched the ball tonite...was kinda curious to why GRC started the game kinda Jimmy chitwood style? I also agree that this team improved throughout the year and to me that's a successful season.

Paris was led by Je'Kobi Wells w 28 & 10 rebs...Ryan Davis came off bench and added 20. Koebe Garrard was saddled w foul trouble the entire first half... Hat goes off to BOCO...they played well...crazy thing is a lot of kids have family on both sides.

If GRC can take advantage of home court and crowd it could b a very competitive game...GRC has improved!! Moco fans will travel as well...Indians by 7

There is nothing wrong with giving seniors love but Paris is ranked #1 in region and aren't playing well at the most crucial point of season..we don't have the squad that can jus turn it on and off by any means...that's the point here. .we play Berea tonite perfect game for seniors to ball their hearts out..free throw shooting has been trending south last few games and yes we win if we shoot better from the line. This is the best opportunity Paris has had to win the region...we swept district but those squads are playing to their potential..Paris has a team that can make some noise but they have to be playing Hustlin Hound basketball and were not playing that way at this point in the season. Its on the staff to right the ship.

Life is about if's ....as a fan we say if this person does this we win ...if this person does that we win...so if you had to bet your savings on if clicking on all cylinders...who you got?

We have played 25 games...ain't no cards to hold or new wrinkles...you do what has gotten you to this point. All that taken people for granted will have you exiting stage right early in tourney

I'm a firm believer that if I possibly can meet ya in the region down the road sometime imma try to beat the brakes off ya so in the future I've planted a seed that you can't beat me. Can't give kids confidence...always comes back to haunt ya

I hope the coaching staff seen what they were looking for becuz I have never seen seniors play an entire qtr on senior nite.. If they were ballin can see leaving them in whole qtr...we play Berea tomar they could've played the whole game. Pendleton is not a weak squad...can't let a team that's offense is predicated on 3s to get in groove...with that being said hounds were 9-21 from ft line while Pendleton was 14-17. Hat goes off to Pendleton they played their game and for some reason Paris looked as if this game didn't matter. Allen killed tonite...don't understand why our best athlete isn't guarding their best athlete. Hopefully this is a teachable moment for players as well as staff. Don't take anyone for granted.

Cross town rivals are playing well at the right time but those wins will definitely have Paris focused and ready to defend the district tourney title.
