I think coach Chev is just now playing his best 5 players together and playing to their strengths. moore went from a wing to the PG. Hedger and Bolin playing at the same time. This adjustment to zone was made just to play the bigs together. 1-5 this is a big team. Moore 6'4 Rabe 6'0 shreck 6'3 Hedger 6'5 Bolin 6'8.

Does Scott have a player over 6'1 that plays? Dixie looked 6 inches or more taller in the post than Scott. It was so bad that when the Dixie bigs got the ball in the post Scott just let them score. Didn't even contest the shot.

Also know what I mean by size speed. size kid plays OLine min height 6'2. This is FCS height also if your that short you better be pancaking every other play on film. This will be a guard or center. Tackle 6'4 and up. The taller you are the less domanit your film can be. Meaning. If a kid is 6'6 290 is not killing people he might still get offers. Why he's 6'6 290! D1 coaches see the what ifs. What if he in our system for x amount of years. You can't teach size. speed. 4.6 is nothing special for a 5'9 165lb kid. But a 6'2 220lb kid now that's fast!!

In NKY Dixe had a great line. Not just the D1 kids but as a whole.

I think camps can help or hurt a kid. If you have all the tools for D1. Go to as many as you can. Meaning size speed. If you lack in one or more the camp can hurt you. Offers can come from camps but also from film only. In my case it was film only. Offers from coaches who had never even been to a game of his or seen him in person. Heck offers that came with out the HS coach evening knowing about them. The flip side is offers that did come from camps. At the end of the day he signed with a school that never timed his 40 took his height or weight. Just loved the film and came to the HS and watch him practice. If a school offers you PLEASE do not go to their camp!!

I think Dixies size is just a bad match up for CCH.

Yes. Can't just sign up and sit back. You have to do all the work. Make it your part time job to respond to emails. Also coaches will call txt make sure the kid is very involed and knows what to say and do.

NCSA is good. The best part is getting a set of eyes on your athlete. Meaning someone who has coached played at a very high level. for me it was an FBS player and FBS recruiting coordinator. They are able to tell you what level a kid can play at watching your game film. This was the part that was worth it for me. Then they point you in the right direction. They are spot on with my son. Muti FCS offers and FBS walk on offers. I feel the highlight film they put together is top notch. Also they guide you in the process of recruiting. What's real what's just nothing to get excited about.

The best thing about NCSA. They tell you what level you can pay at. They were very right in my case. They pair you up with a football recruiting coach. Played D1 and was on staff at an FBS school. Guy was spot on with the level and how things would unfold. Even the last min. Big school walk on offers.

All the above is 100% on spot! Just look at the size speed of the level you want to play. If all d1 offensive lineman are 6'3 and up and your 5'11. It just isn't going to happen at that level. If RB run a 4.6 or better and you run a 5.0. Then D1 isn't for you. Give the right info also via email. When you come to camp you have to pass the eyeball test and the height weight speed test. Don't say your 6'3 when your 6'0. If a kid is big or fast they will see this on film. Also fasion the email subject with your best foot forward. Johny Smith 6'4 295lb TAckle. This gets then to open the email. Looks much better than just Johny Smith Tackel. d1 is looking for size speed first! Football is sencond. This is why guys get offers and other players may be better. Size speed first. If you don't have what fits you don't get a look.

This gives you a starting point. any response from a D1 school is good. Think about how many emails they get. If they took time to email you back watch the film. You are in a much better spot than just showing up.

If you get a response via email to your hudl video. Ask the coach am I a player you would recruit? This takes the unknown out of it. i would only go to camps with invites.

Some advice. If a Full ride is sent your way without that team seeing you at a camp. Do not go to that teams camp. What else can the team do they have all ready offered.
