Boone Co./Cooper Predictions
I'm giving this one to Cooper, they win 3-1, Williams plays a huge factor in this game, goals coming from outside mids

Coach of the year
Coach Browning does a great job at Boone. He deserved it last year and should be in the running this year. The shame of it is that we don't count, we don't know if the association votes based on friendship/former colleagues, if they get a list or are just told to write in a vote.

Best GK's in NKY
We must have been typing at the same time He is Brossart keeper

Best GK's in NKY
Never said I didn't like Paulin, just have yet to be impressed by him. This is what I think happens, coaches see a player once maybe twice then have to say weather he is good enough to make an all region team. It maybe the best or worst game that kid has ever played. It's hard to tell how good a player is by 1 or 2 games Does he play club? Most D1 D2 schools don't recruit from high school seasons or stats IMO

Best GK's in NKY
I suppose it's all numbers There are a few really good options in Nky, each keeper has a weakness and each have their strengths. I know St. Henry isn't where they usually are but watch Koeking play, very athletic, communicates the entire game, makes good decisions, has no fear. No one else has mentioned him

Best GK's in NKY
I've seen Paulin play a few times, makes the easy saves, doesn't do much else. Not knocking him just not a top 3 keeper

Coach of the year
So they really only lost Chal and Craig, so they return 9 guys that had a significant role in last year's semi final run, plus a few guys that came off the bench. I'm not saying he's not deserving but hasn't done anything unexpected of him. It sucks to never get love because you are always expected to win. Jeremy is a great coach but in that role they expect state titles

Coach of the year
Here are a few others to think about , outside of the normals Cooper coach has completely turned that program around Villa coach 15 players in the program and still able to compete at the same level Holmes no Sergio but continues to get better Holy Cross best team they've had since the 90's maybe Or you could go with the big guys Cov Cath #1 preseason and has played very well even when injured Brossart always wins games and challenges for that regional title Boone lost best player getting better every game Don't think there is anyone else on the radar this year Cooper's coach is my vote

Coach of the year
Jeremy is for sure a great coach, no doubt about it He is definitely in my list I've narrowed down to 3 Quick question, how many starters did he graduate from last year? This may help me
-
Coach of the year
So every year the coaches vote on all region teams and coach of the year If you had one vote, who gets it and why?

Holy Cross 5 Pendleton County 0
Are they drawing from a hat? Oh my bad, I just saw that they handled Pendleton, thought they might be peaking.
-
Holy Cross 5 Pendleton County 0
Holy Cross peaking at the right time..... Do they stand a chance in district play? Do I hear coach of the year for Mr. Groneck? They obviously have a few guys that can score and aren't giving up many goals. We don't hear much chatter about them, anybody know anything about this team?????

Best GK's in NKY

NKY Coaches Poll - Week 6
Who has a tougher schedule than those teams? Just a question, don't get offended
-
NKY Coaches Poll - Week 6
I do not take to much from a coaches poll, like what was said earlier, coaches won't vote for a team they don't like, bla blah blah Maher is getting better as season comes to an end, strenght of schedule is pretty cool to see. Highlands has the toughest schedule in Nky one of the tops in the state 7, then Cov Cath then Ncc. I think these teamswill all be contenders for the regional title

Cooper/St Francis Predictions
This should be a blow out, I'm going with Cooper 7-0
-
Are you ready?
Ok so ARE YOU READY? Who wins and why
-
Are you ready?
From a reliable source:::: he was asked to pack his bags, after a few comments to parents from other teams and emails to the principal they decided best to not have him participate
-
Covington Catholic at Scott predictions
I don't see Cov Cath playing starters in this due to risk of injuries, my guess is 3-1 Scott
-
Disqualifications
It is more impressive to me to see that there are programs that have 0, kudos to your coaches

Are you ready?
Teams that will be ready for the tournament Cov Cath: they are deep and talented, they have what it takes to win Cooper : although no Zane Ross, Cooper has some quality players in key positions Ryle: Ryle has flown under the radar all year (WHY?) they play hard and have 2-4 really good players. Highlands: from what I've been told, they are big strong and fast, this is a deadly combination come tournament time. Ncc: looking at the latest scores they may be back on track, they don't have a standout goal scorer but are good on set pieces, very solid defense, senior loaded team. Could make a run Just my thoughts on what I've seen/heard this year, here's to hoping Nky can win state

Bishop Brossart 4 Murray 0
Keep up the good work, we are rooting for you
-
Scott 2 Cooper 0
Ok so tell us what is comical?
-
Scott 2 Cooper 0
Was told that a Cooper player was fouled both players went to the ground, Scott played got up dragged his foot across the face of Cooper player then kicked him with other foot, all hear say, so not sure if true. Was also told that the player that was kicked stayed off the pitch the rest of the game
-
Scott 2 Cooper 0
How many red cards does a team have to get before the athletic director figures out there is no discipline coming from the staff? There is no room for this behavior in high school athletics. Hey coach, get control of your team!!!!!! They could be such a good team, to bad the staff has no control. There are quite a few really good players on the team
