I don't mean to ruffle your feathers yellow card, this is just my opinion.

Just find it odd that he ended up coaching with the team he got his last win against. Why would Cooper want him, I know he had success at ncc but mostly due to his players. I figured he'd just hang up the whistle and find something different to do with his time. I don't know him or much about him or his past. I saw the struggles he had mid season last year and just figured he would finally step away because the game has passed him bye, but what do I know. Good luck to him and Cooper this year.

I happened to see this goal from the field above...... Wow that was something special, I also saw a few other things from up there. I saw the same player miss a PK wide, I'm blaming that on the field (I know how good he is). I also what looked like the former Ncc coach dawning Cooper gear. If this is true, what, how, and why? I guess he couldn't find anything better? Kinda funny

Wow, go hard is correct...... I saw both games today and he ran his team after each game, both of which they won. They looked like they continue to play Mike McDonald soccer and have a great work rate, this may amount to a very good year.

Playing in B might just be the confidence booster some teams need. It could also back fire if you can't find a way to win.

I agree with your statement about what they have lost, from the chatter I heard at club games, they have what it takes to win. Any news on if Mike will be coaching anywhere, last rumor I heard was highlands but I'm not sure what to believe......

New to the site I looked over the 2 schedules and it looked like last year's schedule was a bit harder than the schedule for this year. I found the schedule from last year and it looked like Ncc went through a spell where they couldn't score and things turned around toward the end of the season. Not sure what they have coming back but looks like they had pretty many younger guys on the roster and Grosser not listed as a keeper.

Ncc should be a top 3 team in nky They were very deep last year and return one of the best underclassmen in Nky in Logan Muck. As a team I do not believe it will be a rebuilding year, it's all in how the coach uses the players he has.

They named the coach a month ago, maybe just haven't released it publicly yet.

What a great coach he was, before he went to BB I was fortunate enough to play for him the year he helped at HC. He did wonderful things at BB at has left that program in good hands. Good luck in anything you do Mr. Goller

Sideline, whatever beef you have with me you need to let it go. I'm basing the fact they will have talent off the undefeated JV team they had 2 years ago. Much of that team is still around from what I'm told, plus a few young players Deimling, randle, murphy, muck are all excellent players. You keep trying to tell us that Jeff Martin is a great coach, I've never once said any different.

Congratulations to Jeff Martin I have had the pleasure to meet him, he seems like a great guy that has the right state of mind to bring a team to a championship. BTW. He will have a ton of talent for the next few years

So did you approve of the hire of Doug millay or Steve Bornhoffer? Mike was appointed to the job with a week or so left in preseason so I don't think know they had much choice, not sure I wasn't paying attention back then. Did you know Mike or what his coaching background when he was appointed? Did you even know Mike or just pass judgement without getting to know him? Did you know Mike helped Start the freshman programs at holy cross and Ncc , he also has been on 4-6 staffs that made runs to state. Like I said in the last post let him be, let this go.

Normally a Sr all star game only This year they are splitting up the all region teams and playing a true all star game.
